Pros +
- A fairly basic, but perfectly comfortable hotel. Staff were great and very friendly. Room was clean and functional. The included breakfast was good. The locaation, 2 minutes walk to Bad Kissingen town centre for bars, restuarants and shops, is really great.

- Modern ambiance, fabulous central location, great breakfast and very friendly staff.
Cons -
- Unable to get any service in the lounge until 5pm, not even a tea or coffee. The complete absence of any hotel staff on-site at night is a real issue. We had to wait outside the hotel at midnight, for somebody to drive over, when my colleague lost his room key.
- Bathroom was smaller than a small cruise ship. Room more like a cabin than a hotel room. No staff after 16:30
- Coffee/tea making tray in room would be nice. Parking areas were listed on a note… a little map showing where they actually are would be helpful

New and modern hotel rooms for a good price, parking
hotel bar offers just small snacks not the dinner
Great location. Good breakfast. Very clean. Parking can be a problem. Foam Mattress was very soft and uncomfortable for me.
The room was excellent and the bed was very comfortable. The location was also very good. The staff were super friendly, in particular the waiter, Chris, who served us drinks on the terrace.
