Everything was great! Perfect location, very clean rooms and very kind staff! The dinner was exceptional, amazing chef!

Horrible receptionist, got yelled at for several minutes for pointing out that they gave me a registration form with another guests name on it.Im still speechless, worst treatment I ever received in the hospitality industry.

The room smelled of smoke because employees would smoke cigarettes outside the window every morning. Parking on the property was but included unfortunately.

SPA aria did not fully meet the expectations, saunas were not working, only swim pool was available to use.

It is old charming hotel that perfectly fits into the climate of Bad Kissingen (Sanatorium city). Its located about 8 min walk from city center, with clean rooms and nice fresh selection for breakfast. Parking also available if you come by car.

The breakfast was not so big but good. Staff was kind and helpful. Check-in was a bit slow due to new staff but they were kind and helpful and did a good job.. The pool was very nice and heated.It was a calm and friendly stay!

The room didn’t have dark curtains. However there was tress outside the windows so it wasn’t bad being awakened by the natural light

Very nice place, will come back for a longer stay. Too bad I only had one night. Very nice evening with some people and nice staff in the bar.

Location 10mins walk to center. Off-road parking secure. Bfast excellent. Rooms comfy, cosy tastefully decorated.. wasnt able to use all facilities & spa due to single night stay. The city was awesome, beautiful, spring blooms evefywhere

I could not find a small rubbish bin in the room anywhere for light trash, paper etc.?!

Great location, good personnel

Heater in our room was not really functioning well. I already setted it on 5 but the room was still cold. We had a very big room with a kitchen, bathroom and a living room. It was really great, it feels that we book a suite room but unfortunately, the light at the kitchen was not really functioning. TV's were also outdated.

This lovely hotel has great rooms, breakfast, nice bartender and reception staff.

beautiful hotel, friendly staff, wonderful albeit little swimming pool. Little kitchenette which was a great boon, with a fridge, kettle, even a hob. Comfortable bed in a spacious room. Spotless clean.

Free room upgrade to De Lux suite :) Whole haus was impressiv. Sunset view from balcony. Free parking. Super friendly staff. Price!

I had a big room with a sofa and a kitchenette,which was really comfortable!

I also had a voucher for a Ayurveda massage,which I thought was an unusual Ayurveda treatment.The male person who was friendly,but didn’t really know what was expected. This sort of massageis a special one and COSTLY,so I was pretty disappointed. I turned 75 and got the voucher as aBIRTHDAY GIFT. In my lifetime I had many different massages but never one like I experienced @ Dapper‘s Wellness Hotel.

Breakfast and Spa was gut. Because of Corona was Resataurant little bit conjusted. The time for Breakfast was good.

There was no welcome drink in Room.

The pool was wonderful, the massages were the best ever, and dinner was fabulous.

The beds were very, very, very hard and the bathroom was very small.

We had a suite and thus enough space and freedom to move, to spend time together and also apart, if necessary. The hotel is in a silent area, even though only 10 minutes away from the city center, which was perfect for us. Breakfast was ok, dinner was very good. We liked that we could park the car for free in front of the hotel. And most important, the staff was very friendly and helpful: they solved all our requests (when it was technically possible).

There are many stairs in front and several behind, no dedicated entrance for a wheelchair or a stroller, sadly. The bathroom overall and the shower where very small (I cannot imagine how a bigger person should fit in that shower).
