Wonderful pool and sauna area. Staff was helpful and friendly. Classic, vintage hotel

Not a con for everyone, but the clientele is on the older side (70+). I am in my early 60's and felt a bit out of place. Only saw one young (40-ish) couple at the hotel. Just be aware and if this aligns with your travel expectations - go for it!

Friendly staff, clean and quiet. Nice spa facility.

Very underwhelming rooms, long sprawling corridors and a breakfast buffet where the food selection and sophistication was lacking compared to the location and the price.

This hotel is in a prime position. The breakfast was fantastic and you were shown to a table so no problem finding a table.

Very homophobic owner - he suggested that we had two single rooms as he couldn't stand the idea of two men sharing a double bed - we declined the two single rooms so he sent housekeeping to separate our double bed into two singles. Obviously a very hateful man.

Pretty old building, lots of renovations down to make it up to todays standards of a hotel

Old furniture and materials in the room setting. Room was dark like in the late 80‘s. No amenities (tea pot/coffee machine I. The rooms). I asked for a kind size bed or an overmatrass to keep the 2 separate beds together- these were not available after 8:00pm

Kaiserhof Victoria is a lovely hotel with a great history in a fantastic central location. Both the room and breakfast was very good with a wide range of items to chose from. Breakfast is served in a very nicely decorated breakfast area full of old world charm.

The rooms were poor for the price we paid, the toilet was stained. there was no room service during our 2 night stay, no tea,coffee facilities either. our second night was disturbed until 3am with people shouting outside our room both inside and outside.

Despite a large fair in town and many restaurants closed the hotel refused to let me have dinner at the bar although there was plenty of space. They agreed finally to cook me a steak and have me carry it into my room. Poor solution to simple problem.
