Bed was a little hard for my taste but ...
On the bicycle trail and with very good bike storage. The owner/manager was a very friendly pleasant lady who welcomed us and made us feel very comfortable . Our room #46 was great . Clean , spacious and opened onto a large balcony with a great view of the Tauber River . Short walk to the center . Tea and coffee in room . Sitting room in lobby with a well stocked honor bar . Elevator to upstairs rooms . Good Internet .On site restaurant was good with limited but tasty food choices . Very good breakfast with made to order eggs and numerous choices .
All seemed good

comfortable room, good food, friendly/helpful service
The staff was exceptionally friendly, accommodating and helpful. The attention to detail was excellent. The breakfast buffet was fabulous and buffet was delicious and the dinner extraordinary.
Welcome at reception.Pleasant room and good-sized bathroom.
Dinner was awful. Little choice. A peculiar idea of what constitutes goulash.Duty receptionist unhelpful.
Spacious rooms, very clean
The sheets were scratchy.
Room with Balcony and view, flexibility to allow us to stay for a late check out, location, free parking, fantastic breakfast, friendly staff…
Nearly everything.. they allowed me to stay until 11.30 on check out day as I had my lazy teenager with me; they did their most to help me get an adaptator for Euro plug as I had forgotten mine; they even let me take into the room the breakfast for my son. Breakfast was excellent!
I forgot to set the do not disturb signal on the door and the cleaner kept knocking at the door until I got out of bed to tell her to go away. Pillows split into pieces within the pillow case... most annoying/uncomfortable.
Warm family atmosphere. Very attentive team
Really nice family run hotel with lots of love to the smaller details
