Super friendly staff, great breakfast, amazing location.Hotel room quality was also exceptional and the fitness center was good.

The pool could’ve been a bit warmer.

They have a very complete breakfast with various choices. All are good quality.The room is quite spacious, newly renovated, and clean. The rain shower is the best!The location is in the heart of Roermond city center, superb!

The building is uniqe,the salloon where the breakfast is served is marvellous,the rooms are comfortable,the location is good near to train station and to shopping facilities.The staff is kind and helpful.The breakfast is plenty and excellent,hotel is clean and comfortable.I’d like to stay again if I go there next time.

Fresh orange juice was fabulous and the rest of the breakfast set up too was very good. Room clean and spacious, food in restaurant also excellent. Great for strolling into Roermond city centre.

Only isue I had was that one of the reasons I chose the hotel was that it had EV charging facilities. This is however in the carpark aross the road which has a height restriction of 1.9M and I couldnt get the car in. Roemond is not so hot for public EV charging, so had to go half a mile up the road to charge.

They charge the parking since May 2025 but it was included in the price earlier. Qpark next door. Easy way to gain easy money, not appreciated. They profit from increased popularity of Roermond and the hotel with the Theater but also the Outlet. Besides better occupancy of the hotel where they gain, the recent charging of the Parking fee is excessive according to me.

The hotel was very nice and thank you for the lady who is help me and give me the electric socket. ( work in the reception).and the breakfast was verrry good ??

The room. Bathroom..no wash cloths. No additionalsin bathroomBed so soggy my husband slit off it. He is in a wheelchair that was a bad experienceDinner and breakfast staff could learn to smileFinding your hotel. We spent 20 min circling town. Had to go in a tiny garage and then found out you had an easier private parking where we could leave e our 4 suitcases The lady Marl. Not sure about the spelling) was the most and only pleasant person we met.

Great family suite with a separate room for the kids, spacious main bedroom with tv area and little dining area and a big clean bathroom. Very comfortable beds.Perfect for a short stay. Great breakfast with freshly pressed orange juice. Very close to the outlets (2min by car). Parking included. Perfect short stay close to the outlets.

The decor and architecture in this hotel is fantastic, rooms were very large, comfortable and clean.Reception staff were very accommodating and friendly!

The bar/restaurant were a little slow for drink orders however I think there might have been a show in the theatre that evening. Could have done with some extra staff to accommodate.

The room was amazing, the beds were very comfy, and the experience was just superb.

I called ahead to make sure there was a live cooking show on the dates we booked, but when I called to confirm the time on the way to the hotel, they at first said they didn't have my table reservation in their system, and that they actually didn't have the live cooking that night. We were so disappointed as we flew in from different parts of the world, and we told our guests glowing reviews from our experience last year. It was a let down for sure.

We were in the new wing of de Oranjerie. Beautiful room, walk in shower and the bed was so comfy. We had breakfast in the morning and so much to choose from and all delicious.We will definitely be back

Overall, hotel is nice place to stay. Only complaint is the bed and bedding.

Bed, pillows, and comforter were not the best. Pillows are large and not very soft. Bed is stiff compared to other hotels. There was no sheet just a Duvet so too hot if you used it. AC unit could be better but ok for Europe.
