Hotel Roermond

Right at the train station and absolutely quiet.

The bed was excellent.

Dust on the wall. Somebody even drew a heart in it.

Great location.

Breakfast was Hous before. Now it is disappointing. Need to do better.The dark carpet makes me feel like I am in a haunted house.

The guy at the reception called me like 2.30 hours before my check in. While i was driving, he wants to charge my card before 11.00 pm, i said ok, then he called, he said he has a problem with my card and i have to pay NOW, (while driving) other wise ( no need to come, stop your trip, you will not get in the hotel) he Said! Very rude The other woman that was on front desk on arrival was good

Nice location, beautiful building, spacious room.

Not so clean, breakfast choices limited, therefore too expensive for what you get.

Family room was spacious, separate shower room and WC, plenty storage, 2 x tvs in room

Only slight complaint would be more hot food options at breakfast only eggs available.

I'll start with the fact that I had a superior room, but the sheet was all in holes, there was someone else's hair on the sheet, blanket and towels, we reported this at the reception, no apologies, they just changed the sheet (((( no slippers! On the day of check-out at 10:54 without knocking a woman (possibly the manager) opens the door with her card at this time I am standing opposite the door in my pajamas packing my suitcase, she does not apologize and seeing that I am not ready to leave the room starts yelling: "You must leave the room within 5 minutes! We have check-out at 11:00!!!" I say that I did not know, check-out is at 12:00 everywhere and I am in the process of packing, she continues to raise her voice: "this is not my problem! my colleague must clean the room!" For some reason the room was not cleaned by the time we checked in! I offered her payment for extending the room for a couple of hours, she refused, and continued shout at us

Perfect location: Right next to the train station, almost literally next door. So no need to take a taxi or bus if you are arriving to Roermond by train. It is also within walking distance from both the city centre and the designer outlet.The family room that we booked was spacious and comfortable. Breakfast was good too, and the restaurant has good options for lunch and dinner.

Bad

The room was very cold and the heater /AC was not working even after we reported to the hotel staff. They moved us to another room but still the same issue. The staff were not friendly. The breakfast menu was very poor. It doesn't deserve a 4 star hotel. No value for money

The room was very nice and clean, also the location is excellent as it is 2 mins walk from the station.

The checkin was a bit late (15:00) also not a lot of varieties in the breakfast.

The cleanness its need deep cleaning so much dust and quite old

Room was spacious, very clean with comfortable bed and nice walk in shower.Parking on site is easy and only cost €6.50 per night. Great location, close to center and retail outlet and easy to get to from motorways.

The room was very comfortable and the shower was one of the best showers I have ever had in any hotel. Perfect location for our needs, right next to the centre of town.

It is in a great location close to the train and bus station.

the staff was not very helpful. I received towels that were so old they tore while using them.When complaining the staff didn't help much and I received similar towels again.

The attitude of the staff. If you come before check-in time, it's polite to say Hi and greet you.. Not send you directly to lockers...

It was not possible to go to the room before 15.00, Breakfast could be better for that price

The location was good, near train station and rooms was relatively clean.

Staff were rude and unhelpful There was only one elevator and it was out of order and when we were trying to bring our luggage from third floor to parking no body was there to help.

Location is amazing

Very poor breakfast. Very cheap toiletries at all, just one small soap that they don’t even put on daily basis. Plus a fixed shower gel & shampoo. House keeping leaves the room dirty everyday.
