location is very convinent ,close to the train station and parking is near the hotel, breakfast is nice ,we also have dinner at the hotel ,delicious ,like the hotel,will be stay hotel next time

Phenomenal staff. Very professional. The in-house restaurant menu was exceptional. Rooms were very nice. This is my, go to, establishment in Weert.

Friendly staff. Good selection at breakfast. Family-friendly hotel (they provided many toys/coloring stuff for my kids during breakfast). Spacious room, quite comfortable.Convenient location (we visited Toverland which is 30 min away).

Weak wifi connection in the room.Kleenex box in the bathroom was empty.

Modern furnishings and style, good location.

Staff were not very welcoming, took no interest in us. Room heating was off and took a long time to get up to temperature. Very few staff around.

Everything was great. I highly recommend this hotel if you stay in Weert. Clean, comfortable and convenient as it's across from the train station.

Nothing was too much trouble, I was travelling from the UK to a funeral in Weert, because of ferry times I would arrive in weert mid morning, the lovely lady messaged me to say they will let me have my room at 12 rather than 3pm so I could get settled in and change before my appointment. Had a very nice light lunch and a small Jupiter (Dutch Courage for the afternoons event.The parking is underneath has plenty of space.Breakfast was everything you could want again another lovely lady checked me out and explained how the carpark payment machine worked so I didn't have to worry

Nothing Perfect

The room was nice. Bed was comfortable. Location was excellent, right across the train station. Check-in and check-out were pretty fast.

There were not many choices for breakfast. The room was not particularly clean especially spots like the light switch, they were very dusty. The little gap between the toilet seat was also very dirty. It's a shame because the hotel room was really nice.

This hotel remains my favourite hotel in Weert. Super location , great rooms , brilliant brasserie and the staff are phenomenal.

The location is perfect with immediate access to the city's central mall. Everything we wanted was right on our doorstep.

The lift only worked spasmodically.

No kettle

Comfortable bed, good location, big bathroom. There is a brasserie downstairs, so you can grab a meal or a drink. Parking space nearby makes it easy. We needed an earlier check in and it was possible, so thanks for the flexibility.

The reception is a small stand squeezed in the corner with a person being receptionist, bar tender, waiter and cleaner. Not very representative. The room is small, barely a space to move around. Also the toilet is just next to the bed divided by a thin door, so not the best privacy option. The breakfast was a joke. We had to ask for everything - plate, juice, some warm food. It was given but why do you need to ask for basics? Also the options were very limited, one of the worst breakfast experience I had in a hotel of that price.

The staff was very sympathetic, the hotel was good with a good kitchen and services and comfortable bed and bedroom in general.

Some duster on contact connection in bedroom by side of bed, one of shower don’t come so hot whater and minibar in bedroom, don’t have any drinks inside for drink.
