Pros +
- Location and breakfast
- Room was massive, with separate bath and shower. It was extremely clean. All staff were friendly
- Nice spacious rooms. Good rainshower, separate toilet and nice beds.
Cons -
- Bathroom was very old.
- Tight squeeze getting into carpark, had to park at train station
- Firstly, upon arrival at the hotel, check in was surreal, where no identification was even requested so beeing my birthday like the last few times i go to hotels i receive a discount or something but on this one they just explain where is the breakfast and the room and thats it and on the check out not even a question about the night.Secondly, it was my birthday so I couldn't even enjoy it properly and for a 4-star hotel it left a lot to be desired.Horrible cleaning, from stains on the mattress to dirt on the walls, the air conditioning that didn't work. The drinks that normally came free on the room, just plastic cups not even normall cups.So yeah i would say 4 stars from Shein

The only positive points were the bed and breakfast

1.I liked the location, very convenient and close to my friends that I was visiting. 2. Speedy good internet. 3. Breakfasft can be included to price4. Nice people and staff
1.Bathroom was dirty, and not everything was clean. The toilet seat was broken and impossible to sit on it.2. Above toilet that place where they put towels and toilet papers was dirty. Stoned pieces of hair and greasy dirt. They should use more detergents to clean and disinfect it because I got sick of it. 3. Didn't replenish my tea in the room after I used it. I had to go and ask again. 4. Receptionists are always somewhere else, but not in their place. 5. Breakfast is of a bad quality. Variety is very small, which is not a huge problem, but quality at least should have been good. Scrambled eggs were always glued together in big lumps, impossible to peal boiled egg without leaving big chunks of egg on the shell. Bacon was always overcooked and dried out. Tasted like oversalted charcoal. Cheese was uncovered, thus, all dried out slices that tasted like sand. Only pastry, ham, and sausages were good, which is obvious because it's from the store. 6. No flip flops, no toothbrush, no shampoo, no gel, nothing in the room. Only soap. And if you want to get it, you have to pay for it. I understand the environment and blah blah, but these simple things have to be included in the price of a 4-star hotel. And every additional stuff is extremely expensive. 7. The room was ice cold. Like a big fridge, where chefs keep meat. The mini heater took several hours to heat the room - I got very sick and now suffering with very bad soar throat and overall influenza. The thermostat is not working and does not give heat. 8. Uncomfortable bouncy beds9. No main light in the room. Only small lamps and turning all of them on every time you need proper light in the room is annoying. 10. The room was right in front of the elevator and sound isolation was absent there so I would hear everything and everyone. 11. No room service/phone to order something in the room.
It is near the station, and I am allowed to store my bike in the underground parking garage.
Some beds have very soft matrasses.
The breakfast was very good
The carpet was in terrible condition, there was a bug on my counter, the shower is dangerous and it just was not that clean.
The rooms are spacy and comfortable. Tea and coffee facilities are available in the room. The location is quite nice, close to the center of Weert. Underground parking garage available with fair pricing
Parking garage has loading facilities for EV cars, however they do not work. The windows of the room were not washed for a long time, and the room was a bit dusty. The restaurant was quite empty, and now we know why. Long waiting time, plate service, relatively high pricing, small portions and I was not impressed by the quality.
Location was great, great breakfast and big room.
The shower floor was very slippery.
Clean, next to the station easy to find
The receptionist wasn't friendly no smile. We felt out of place
The hotel is centrally located. There is a good parking on the other side of the street. Reasonable choice of food for breakfast.
Bathroom should be renovated.
It's not far from station and Centre
Staff not explaining the check ins and out.what time is breakfast
Good breakfast, friendly staff, good location, value for money
Desk a bit basic, internet was not working one morning for about 8 or 9 hours, which was a bit long.
Good staff, the room on the groundfloor is very good.
Window cannot be opened, so fully dependent on internal air circulation
It was clean and ok for 1 night. Comfortable beds and casinos! It seemed well maintained and breakfast was great. Inside
The room was on the road side and noisy. The curtains didn’t close properly and so some lights at sunrise. The toilet didn’t have ventilation. The tissues in the bathroom were empty, and the soap pump was not working properly. The shower was too high, not handy if you don’t want to wash your hair. All small things but maybe worth mentioning as feedback for improvement.
The bed was comfortable, the room had a nice mirror and the breakfast was good. The staff was overall friendly. Good location, close to the station.
The person in the reception during check out could be nicer. There was a pair of socks left in the room that was not mine. The walls and bathroom could use a repair.
Lovely hotel and restaurant with nice food and loc al beer. car park in basement at 7.50 a night which is excellent value.
The staff doing their best but rigid policy made me pay 3 euros extra for city tax. I paid 2 times despite being only myself.
Walls with a lot of cracks and floor old and dirty
Location, room, breakfast
The water boiler doesn’t fit under the tap of the sink
Breakfast had many choices.
It's not a very modern hotel. The beds were substandard for a deluxe room. The pillows were very lumpy.
