NEW GARDEN HOTEL

The location is very good, it's close to the historic walls but away from the crazy crowds. I think the city does not have a lot of foreign tourists yet, so not everyone at the property understands or speaks English, but they are trying their best and I am sure this will change with the increase in numbers of foreign travelers. The rooms are quite comfortable, the staff is very accommodating and the food is very good

AC controls in the rooms are not functional unless you call the front desk and ask them to turn it onIt is not really a problem if you know about it, but it is not immediately clear and I see other reviews complaining about hot rooms and AC not working . The procedure should be explained to the guests at check in and there will be no confusion

Lovely modern hotel and great staff

It was the middle of summer and the AC was off in the lobby and in the restaurant during breakfast which made it uncomfortable. Breakfast variety and the ability as well as service at breakfast could be improved.

Modern hotel with spacious lovely rooms Staff were helpful and friendly

They do not have any AC switched on in theLobby and in the breakfast room

It had everything we needed.

There was a little trouble working out the air conditioning in one of the rooms. It continued for a few days, but then they worked it out.
