JUFA Hotel im Brückenkopfpark - Jülich

We had requested for check-in post the normal hours and the staff were very prompt and accommodating! The rooms were nice and the breakfast was great. The city center was less than 5 minutes away!

So much to do for the children! An entire park full of entertainment in the form of climbing, swinging, water rafts, skate park and an animal sanctuary!

A rather loud party of people decided to stay outside the hotel until very late, keeping us awake until the early hours.

Beds, pillos and bathroom

The indoor games area and park and breakfast. The staff were really nice and super friendly and helpful.

It is a smart youth hostel type hotel.

We were unaware of the youth hotel aspect. The rooms are clean and comfortable but basic. No fridge or kettle in the room.

Very close to a park for kids. Very quite place, easy to park. Wonderful breakfast . Comfortable beds, so we could sleep all together. A lot of different entertainmebt for kids, also inside. Perfect for travel with kids.

This accommodation charged our company twice. First when we been making the reservation and then on the reception. Still waiting for the money return.

The breakfast was really nice, but 20 euros was slightly costly. The Hotel contains an indoor playground, which was nice to have as the weather was bad. The rooms are also accessible with the pram due to the lift.

Unfortunately due to construction work happening in Jülich, the Hotel is not accessible by public transport anymore (as of March 2023). So it is difficult to reach without a car or taxi.

Clean, tasty breakfast, and the interesting inside playground.

No modern car charging points in the car park, only a 3 phase commando connection. Cars use Type 2 Mennekes connection these days. No vending machine for late purchase, after 23:00 there is no staff to buy things from. No kettle in the room

It was difficult to find the hotel since it is far from the town center but once there, great. And the price is very very reasonable. And the breakfast satisfys anybody.

We got a room with a bunk bed despite I paid and requested a room with 3 bed.(It was also confirmed by the hotel)The hotel rooms would deserve a renewal!The breakfast only starts at 8am on Sundays

The staff was super attentive, helpful and kind. The room was very clean and tidy, the temperature was just perfect and the view was very nice.

I am very particular about pillows, so, the pillows. Is often the case for hotels that the pillows don't give much support.

The size of the hotel and the room is pretty big and the service is also good.

The restaurant is overall ok, but the taste is not very satisfying in case of the price.

Great location with lots of outside space. Comfy beds and outside table with chairs to sit. very good breakfast too. Amazing play park for kids

The family room was little bit on a smaller side but still very comfy.

Failed trip

Check in is shown till 22.30 on Booking, we came at 22 and everything was closed, nobody replied on phone and messages. Had to call to Booking.com to cancel the booking and look for the other hotel at night with kids. No messages, no apologies…

The park around the Hotel is a great place for kids. The breakfast was exceptionally good and the staff was very friendly.
