Very spacious suit

Breakfast was very limited.. No great options for vegetarians

The staff are friendly and very accommodating. The parking is also free within the facility.

I just do not like the TV size based on the distance watching from the bed. it is very small.

Breakfast was delightful. Hotel was a bit on the outskirts of town for us, as we were using public transport and walking, but not so far as to be inconvenient. Staff were very friendly and helpful and the room was lovely.

The hotel room was clean and had adequate facilities. It is at about 15 minutes walking distance from rail station.

It was part of a casino, I didn't notice such information in Booking! There is no hot food in the evening, you can get pizza heated in the microwave for a hefty price. The water was also very expensive. There are only few restaurants in the surroundings and after 21, they were closed. The shower was cold in the morning and it took some time to get hot. After few minutes, it became cold again.

Easy to find and park. Breakfast buffet great.

As a woman travelling alone I didn‘t feel too safe. My room had a window front opening onto the bar area of the casino. There was a second door at the rear of the room which was not lockable. The door behind that was locked so I asked reception whether there was another room behind that, if I could lock my side of the door please. No, i couldn‘t so I had to rely on the the reassurance that the door would not be used?. The voices of the patrons were audible until late and the pay-outs on the slot machines. No sleep until late, worst case 1am when they close.

The most notable positive about this staff were the staff. They were welcoming, accommodating, and friendly. The next was the room, which was lovely, more spacious than I was expecting and comfortable.

The location worked well for us on this trip, but it would have been a bit of a walk to the town centre if that's what you were in the area for. However, we got a taxi back from town after visiting the Christmas market for @15€ (inc tip)

The breakfast tastes great, the staff are very attentive, the accommodation is very good, and the bed is very comfortable. Free wifi is provided.

May be you need to be careful about food spoilage. One morning I find a packaged food that was moldy. The location is a little far, but within the acceptable range.

Good breakfast. 24h reception ready to help if needed. Clean room. Very close to bus stop for FJC.

It is quaint; the rooms are spacious and interesting (not cookie cutter).The dinner menu is not expansive - pasta/pizza - but it is tasty.It is a very comfortable hotel and they accommodated us with a nicecrib for our 6 mo. old.

Maybe a bigger dinner menu, but there are many nice restaurants downtown. Also, if it were a bit closer to downtown, that would be a bit better, but it is a walkable distance.

Very tiny room with the bathroom under the stairs.Breakfast expected from 7pm (confirmed by the receptionist on Friday) but during the weekend starts at 8pm.

There was breakfast included, and there was free parking. The room was very clean and the bed very comfortable.

I was woken up at 06:00 due to the wood floors echoing very loudly when someone was leaving the hotel. The sound on the wood is not muffled at all to reduce noise.Also, I did not like that I had to go to the casino building to check in. The smell of smoke was very strong in the air.

Not so friendlyCasino atmosphere...I don't the typical type of people who go to casinos to drink and through money away. No coffee options in the room.

Room rather newly remodeled, very comfortable bed, A/C. Bus stop for FZJ right in front of the door. Great stay, especially given the very reasonable price.

A big advantage was the large room with two working desks, which allowed you to work with the computer. Cleanliness and breakfast were of a high standard. The location is convenient, especially if you are planning to visit the research center.

Small and narrow bathroom. Head cushions were too high and not comfortable.

I liked the big room that was super clean. Breakfast was awesome and the staff was super helpful and accomodant, especially Dany who helped me for a lot. Thanks to him!

There was this weird smell outside, and the location was not the best to walk around.

Great staff, clean and comfortable rooms. Free parking. I had my car, so I cannot comment on the public transportation.

The location was a bit far from the city center, but very convenient for visitors of the Jülich research center.

The staff was very helpful and friendly!!! They even prepared a birthday cake for my daughter as a surprise on her birthday!! It’s was a fantastic stay at this hotel!! I will come back with a huge pleasure and recommend to everyone this hotel!!

Nice good hotel with comfortable bed and possibility to have a bathtub in a room.Super clean, with friendly and helpful personnel. All my questions were answered, breakfast was really good and in time, WI FI was working properly and stable.As a pedestrian I had difficulties to cross the road in front of hotel - maybe in future some passage will be added;)

Second part of the hotel is not connected to reception and breakfast hall, so it was little not comfortable to pass all the way every morning. But maybe I dont know about additional doors somewhere;)

The staff was really friendly and welcoming, they spoke English and everything went smoothly. The breakfast was actually nice as described in the other reviews. The rooms were very well equipped and elegant-looking.

The location is great if you need to go to the research centre and it is quite close to the station, otherwise it is in an industrial, peripheral area which is not really nice. Plus it's difficult to cross the street safely and reach the building.
