Location was awesome ? clean, quick and great pricing.

I got an upgrade to de luxe room directly next to market place with Christmas market. Was very noisy.

It’s a bit shabby and at least my too. Was far from de luxe.

The location of the hotel is very good, right in the centre. The room was very nice, comfortable and very clean. There was a lovely balcony to sit on over looking the square. Close to all restaurants and bars. The only downside is there is no lift which meant climbing stairs in the heat which was hard especially with suitcases. There was no tea and coffee making facilities in the room, so going up and downstairs with hot drinks is not ideal. Maybe a little more choice for breakfast too.

Very friendly and helpful staff. They carried our e-bikes upstairs so that they could be safely locked up overnight. They also helped us carry the numerous cycling panniers to the top floor. Different but excellent breakfast.

There are no lifts and we had the room on the top floor under the eaves. It was very hot in this room even though an aircondition machine was provided. Lovely views from the room onto the square though.

I was accommodated in the Economy rooms and the Wifi was not working. The room is without air conditioning

Entry was by the back entrance past rubbish bins. There is no reception and when you arrive you have to call a telephone number for entry.

Super central location and the breakfast was great.

The room was super small, no air conditioning- super hot and impossible to sleep with the window open because of the noise.

Limited parking, entrance through an untidy back door. Hotel located over several floors, with reception on first floor, no lift, not a problem for us but something to consider if you have mobility issues.
