    • Breakfast is okEvening meals in the grill restaurant are very goodthe staff are brilliant and friendly Parking is great and freelocation is ok, it's a short walk 20 minutes to the town center
    • Nicely decorated hotel with a bar downstairs that is open until 1am. Check in and out was very easyRoom had everything in it except tea making facilities

    Cons -

    • Info on booking is not completed not have info that you must pay extra for pets and for use hotel parking and bed for kinder is disaster
    • Bed was awful, the pillows are so poor, I have hurt my neck on the first night because of the pillows and I've then had no sleep all week, 1 because of the pain in my neck and 2 because of the temperature. There is zero air-conditioning and if you open the windows its noisy and fly's gets in. The temperature of the apartment I stayed in (810) Soho, was completely unacceptable
    • No tea/coffee making facilitiesNo air con and it was hot outside Hotel price was good until we were charged for parking and dog but it is often a norm in hotels nowadays Bed was uncomfortable unfortunately

Good rooms, clean, comfortable, great breakfast, nice staff, good wifi, pet friendly. All in all, not a bad deal. Will come back.

You need to leave the window open in summer as there is no AC, and the hotel's surroundings were a bit noisy at night (drunkards chatting and laughing loud until 3am in the nearby parking lot near the railway station). If you have a van or a large car you will park in the Aldi supermarket parking behind the hotel, but unguarded and you pay for it the same price as for the undeground, closed, private parking of the hotel.

Dinner at the restaurant was expensive, but very good. Breakfast very good. Parking garage.

My neighbor was very loud! In the evening and in the morning. Had to complain this. No good isolation between the rooms.

Good location, few minutes from the highway.Very silent and well maintained apartment.May be bit pricey for the place but worth it. Breakfast was good but very limited optionsA grocery store (Aldi) just behind the hotel.

They charge extra for parking which was unexpected.Breakfast was bit expensive for the options they have. Apartment is outside of the main hotel and on the other side of the road, so need to cross for breakfast.

The rooftop Sauna with outside terrace is a perfect place to relax after work. Need to ask at reception before going there. You have a good view on the city and surroundings from the top of the building.

Rooms have old fashioned heavy keys (instead of key-card) and lights do not switch on and off automatically. Depending on guest discipline, this can cause waste of energy, leaving lights and television on when the room is not used. I also found the noise level from the other rooms and the aisle very high. Recommend to have ear plugs in your luggage.

Very friendly, helpful and welcoming staff, great option to have a lunch packet instead of breakfast.

Value for money. Staff are friendly.

Wish the rooms were bigger and newer but with the price, no complaints.

Excellent female staff on reception with free sparkling wine and free cafe latte’s on arrival plus fresh milk on for our English tea

Everything was geared to occupying our small children especially the play area and real Westland helicopter not to mention the geese , ducks and chickens and of course the swimming pool too

    Nice, clean, good staff

Expensive parking, should be free or cheaper for customers

    Good

bad smell in the bathroom -- disappear after flushing the shower

Very good breakfast - plenty of variety.

I asked for a room in a quiet area of the hotel, and was allocated a room at the front of the hotel which looked on to the busy main road into the city. This wasn't quiet early morning when busy traffic started passing from about 5 am ! So the noise disturbed sleep. The second night I asked to change to a room at the back of the hotel which was very quiet and no noise to disturb sleep. Reception were very obliging :)

I had a room to the back-side and therefore was very quiet. The room is big enough and comfortable. Breakfast has everything needed and was more than enough.

I enjoyed the breakfast very much. good quality, enough variations and friendly staff.

This hotel was quite a pleasant surprise. A number of previous reviews that we read were not very positive and we were a bit cautious in booking but we were glad we did . The hotel is immediately off the bike trail and easily accessible.Reception was very easy and pleasant and the young lady who greeted us was very very pleasant , helpful and just a delight to speak with . Bike storage was in a large locked cage in the parking garage . Lift from parking garage to our really nice , clean and bright room (110) made it easy to move our bike panniers . Bathroom had toiletries , was very clean and quite large . Good room lighting with a large window in the room .On site restaurant had great food choices for dinner at a very reasonable price point . Breakfast was one of the best breakfasts that we have had in a hotel over our many years of bike adventures in Europe . Many food choices - both hot and cold .Will definitely stay here again if our bike trails lead us this way again .

    Everything was great

The receptionist was really nice, the check in was quick and easy. The room was exactly what I choice and everything was clean. The room was cozy and the bed really comfortable. We park in the garage where the hotel have an agreement and everything goes well. The location of the hotel is really close to the train station like 5 minutes walking and around 15 minutes walking to the downtown.

I didn't like the 2 separate blankets, but I think is normal in Germany.
