Breakfast was good. The location for breakfast was convenient

We came during a very warm week. We would have liked air conditioning. Also, being Americans, we like our ice, which is difficult throughout Europe. However, Ibrahim was very helpful and found some ice for us.

Room was cosy with a little balcony. Perfect location right in the centre of town. Friendly staff.

Very friendly people. We could park our bicycles safely in the hotel bar which was closed during our stay. Very clean room and bathroom. Great breakfast buffet.

No one valeted the room from entry to exit - no extra tea or coffee, no clean towels, no bedding change or cleaning

Super friendly and helpful staff, great breakfast and a lot of flexibility!

Be aware it’s in the middle of the city center, sometimes neighbors might be noisy or people going out.

Room located in rear by parking lot & exits for Shiska bar And restaurants..noisy until 0230 am.The bar was closed down at 8:30pm..reception said it would be closed at 9pm...shouldn't even advertise the bar if they don't want to open it.Also it was Germany /Spain fussball evening

Friendly and alert personnel. Good breakfast, location is in the old city. Room is small but clean.

Nearby is a parkarea, where during nights groups of people celebrate and generate noise, so we woke up several times. The Post is the neighbour and the trucks came at 5:30 to unload -> wakeup. No air condition available.TV was a mess with the channels, nationals and internationals totally mixed up.

Hotel is very well placed. Breakfast is very good. All in all it´s a very good place to stay as long as you don´t arrive after hours.

We arrived at 1:30 in the morning and after calling countless times, sending emails and leaving messages on the answering machine, nobody got back to us. As expected, we couldn´t get to the room we booked a few days before. Be aware of late check in. Contact the hotel well in advance (as soon as you book) or you might find yourself in the street as we did.

I'm not a native Deutsch speaker, but after an unfortunate circumstance with our car, the front desk hostess spoke to a Mechanic for us over the phone and helped us provide a fix!

Good location at the center of the city.

Tiny rooms (at least in the category I got). I didn’t even have enough space to open my luggage.

The staff was very friendly and helpful and the location was brilliant.

The bathroom was too small (and still had hair from the previous occupant) Little things like more hooks (and the removal of the broken off one) would already make a huge difference. The mattresses were awful!! So hard you may have been sleeping on the floor. Extra care had to be taken not to not bang your head when getting out or bed in the night (happened twice - the room was under the roof).

Noisy neighbors, people pissing on the walls outside my room, neighbors could be heard all night, and flickering of the lights.

The location was great, with a cheap parking lot right next door. The staff was also very friendly and helpful. The bar at the ground floor was also nice to sit and relax in the evenings.

We had our room at the top floor and unfortunately there were no curtains or blinds on our windows so we were always awake really early on.

The room was ok

So... the bathroom heater was falling off the wall. The room wasn't clean. The refrigerator was full of mold. The window fell off the hinges as I opened it. The curtain hook that holds the curtain away from the window broke off the wall as i wanted darkness. It was very loud at 7 am. as the cleaning person started cleaning. Come on, at 7 am, no one needs to start cleaning rooms. Breakfast per person for 12 Euro is just too much. Didn't pay.. no way!!! No parking whatsoever at the hotel property... alot of drug dealing very close to the entrance of the hotel. I WILL NOT TELL ANYONE TO BOOK THIS HOTEL!!!

Central location - basic but clean

It was fine for 1 night

A comfortable and clean hotel in a great location.The breakfast was very good with plenty of freshly prepared food.

The only thing I could say was that the noise from the street was pretty loud, I suppose it was Friday night.Not really the hotels fault.

No blinds in the room so was extremely hot.

It was only one night. The space is super and the staff are very good.I have booked the room before I came about 1 hour and it was too late. It was 10:00 PM. Check in untill 10:30 pm.

The room was Roofroom 405 ?We didnot open the windows because of the Moskitos that were beside the tree outside. There is no curtain in the room. You cannot sleep good because the sunlight.
