Best Western Plus Hotel Am Schlossberg

I have booked a business class room, I got a standard one. The stuff did tell me that it should be a business one. They even could not provide a wine bottle opener. Non of my requests could be managed Very poor experience allthoght I did pay for it

Clean large rooms. Very similar to your average American hotel room

The lounge music was very loud. We could hear it in our room even with wwindows closed

- very nice and kindly staff in the hotel- breakfast was very good- room was pretty new equipped, only bathroom a bit older- parking garage directly at the hotel; price is reasonable

Room does not have heating control. it is centralized and at times it used to be coldBreakfast does not variety. It is the same breakfast every weekBeds are spring bed so people who have back problem will have to suffer

Sauna and inside swimming pool were nice and open until 21.00. Buffet breakfast was very tasty!

The double bed was two mattresses pushed together, not very comfortable

Disappointing experience

Disappointing! The hotel interior looks like a hospital. Sterile, pretty cold. Poor heating, poor room service. All packed in environmental care ;-)Shower was clotted. Sauna only open 5-9 pm, which is not mentioned in the description and is annoying for a hotel that points itself out through wellness and spa! Parking expensive! Breakfast ok, not outstanding. A way too expensive for what it is! As business frequent travelers we really have to say that this stay was more than dissatisfying and disappointing. Never again

The mattresses were in a pvc covering which made you incredibly hot and uncomfortable.

Location near highway. Cleanliness of the room. Beds were good. Swimming pool is nicr after day of traveling. Nice breakfast. Family rooms available.

Additional cost for parking. Even it was relatively cold outside the air-conditioning didn't cool much. Ventilation in bathroom made lot of noise.

Comfortable quiet rooms and lovely hotel. Fabulous spa area.

No milk in rooms, only coffee whitener which is horrendous.

Large room, comfy beds. We were late for breakfast, coming after it was closed, yet stuff was very friendly and let us eat anyway.

Airco did not work at all. Breakfast is very expensive and is lacking quality

Nice enough room, had a Juliette balcony so we could get some fresh air which was great Checkin gentleman (he was from Canada originally) was very nice.

Rooms were clean and A/C was on upon arrival (which was excellent as it was really warm). Breakfast is excellent. Hotel is located very close to restaurants. If you are a runner, you can follow the river to the next village which makes a nice run.

Some parking spaces are really tight
