Hôtel La Villa Lorraine

Room was OK, I was lucky with WLAN, my room was next to the repeater. Could be different in other rooms. Hotel located in the city center, short walk to the attactions.

Parking place is a 300m walk, breakfast is too expensive for what you get.

Great location in the middle of Toul and good value

The hotel room was at the top of the building and despite the radiator being turned off, the hot water pipes running around the room meant that it was uncomfortablely warm

Fantastic location right in the centre of town in a lovely old building. Parking available in the back. Located close to cafes, shops and restaurants.

Very tastefully decorated and furnished. Good provision for safe storage of my bicycle. Helpful staff.

Location

There is no bottle of water in the rooms. I was not able to buy water at the drink dispenser, I ve tried to buy some and the machine says "out of orders" "when putting my coins and press on the number for the drink I want to buy. They should have put a note or check if everyone is ok for the customer.They have given me back the change thought.

Free parking in the center of the city, near the hotel. Good value.

The beds/mattresses are a bit old. But to balance, the price is a good value.

Location is right in village center.

Main room was clean. But bathroom had mold and damage not repaired in shower. No heat and it was cold, there were extra blankets. No hairdryer.

Located in centre of town, secure garage to store bikes. Very comfy bed, so good we overslept and missed breakfast.

Room spacious, but strange layout with toilet one end of space and shower room at other.. Limited hours of reception.

On top floor and furthest room away, no lift, it was red hot in the room and only a fan. Didn't sleep well at all

There was a lot not to like, hotel doesn't open until 5pm which we didn't notice when booking the 3 rooms,having confirmed we would arrive between 3-4pm you would expect to be told this is not possible, no one responded when calling the number or messages sent , this meant we had to kill a couple of hours in very hot conditions, one of the beds in our room had slats missing so collapsed when used, no one around to report it to as the staff disappear once guests are booked in, small narrow bathroom for a triple room, breakfast offering was very poor , worst of our 6 day tour

No lift, it is an old building and not possible to install one

Location is good in Toul old toown, shops and cafes nearby. Also public free parking is only 3 minute walk. Reception is open very short time, no way to get early in or leave baggage.. Very old school, old style hotel. Wifi is strong, all clean.

Decoration is old and even somewhat mix of new and old. Bed is rather small. No soundproof from hall but if other clients reasonable then not a big issue.Heating was turned off very early for night, so at 9 pm it was cold in the room.

Good location and private parking. Room is OK. Simple breakfast.

it took a long time before there was warm water for the shower. there was not always water to flush the toilet

Really nice and cozy place in the center. We were in two rooms appartement for 5 persons. The beds was confortable and the bathroom was enough spacious. We appreciated the good service. The receptionist and the manager was pretty kind and the parking was perfect. We recommend.

The check in is after 5PM.
