Old Hotel but clean.

In the centre of town

The hotel was old, dirty and extremely rundown. There were no pillow cases and no towels. When I asked about this at the reception they told me that someone would bring them. After half an hour I gave up on this hotel and checked out. Please find a different hotel. This must be one of the worst hotels I have ever seen.

Close to trainstation, and walkable area with stores and lots of restaurants

Dirty, broken bathroom, staff won't clean, badly working shower, and smell.

Location

Bed bugs in the bed, we had a punch mark on our booth door. Damp on the ceiling, ants in the bathroom. Bathroom was dirty. We checked out within 1 hour of being there.Receptionist wasn’t shocked when I told her we had bed bugs.

First of all, the staff was so kind and calm.The location was awesome ?

Dry smell and something like that,The cover sheet of the bed was not so clean.The dutch in the bathroom was broken.

Room with mold. No service at all . I could give below zero. No towel.

You get what you pay for. There's a bed, a shower and a toilet. The room is as bare as a prison cell but if you just need a bed for the night it's adequate and the price is great.

The rooms definitely need an upgrade. No bedside light and it's all a bit old and damaged. Light bulb missing in sink light. No towels when we arrived and the ones we got were very well used.

Staff were friendly enough.

There is NO PARKING. The information on booking.com is wrong. You have to find a spot on the street by yourself, which wasn't easy. The room was filthy and smelled bad. I would not recommend this hotel, even for that price.

Very poor

I couldn't breath in the room, I had a towel against my mouth during the night, I felt really sick because It felt like a smoker lived there permanently. I opened the window but it didn't help because the smell of smoke was so strong and it felt it was in the bedset aswel (room 318)

The property was very dirty, me and my partner felt very uncomfortable. The bed was very bad, I booked for two nights but we only stayed one night because we felt very uncomfortable. I woke up with a burning rash on my body, this has never happened to me before. I will never return here.

Everything was dirty, the bed was awful. I don’t recommend this hotel to anyone. Under the bed there was garbage of the previous customers, worst hotel ever.

Bad

There was not a parking available as they put it before i booked the room. I cancelled the reservation and they does not wanted to refund my money. Anyway the hotel looks poorly and not clean at the entrance and reception. Very disappointed and not recommended this cheap hotel if you dont want headaches.

Never Again..

Room was disgusting. No chairs or table bed sheets filthy. The list goes on..the staff when you can find one was very arrogant and Rude..

The fact that it is in the middle of the city center and that its still the cheapest/ most value for money option available and all the staff/owners are such nice people, They catered to every need i had without asking twice and pretty quick as well ?

They didn't have breakfast or lunch

They could have resteront that c caters fir English people other wise it was nice we're they didn't cater for English we had to eat out and that was a lot of money

Bad

The hotel deliberately ignories my request for invoices/receipts for the payments done and even stopped picking up the phone. They are obliged to provide me an invoice/receipt. Booking.com hasn't anything to do with this and they should know this if they work with booking.com. If they don't want to receive bookings via booking.com they should quit working with them, honestly. I wouldn't care as a private person, but as a company this is really bad and hard to explain to authorities why I can't provide anything but a booking-confirmation.I will never book again here, no matter how desparate I am trying to find rooms for our workers who are often in that area. Absolutely terrible behavoir!

Everything. No air conditioner in the room. Room temperature is 29’C.No towels in the room! Sink drain is leaking on the floor.No soap for hand washing. Terrible. Room is cost 100€. On the booking site photos isn’t comply with real room! the room had been booked on Booking.com!

Clean and in the heart of the city, close to the university where I had to work the following day.

Great location

Wonderful owners Very helpful and friendly.We had a problem with our car and the owners helped us with everything.We are very thankful for their hospitality.

The staff was friendly.

They have bedbugs, no ventilator that works, no refrigerator eventhough you can see it on photo on their website. They don't clean the room regularly, to take the garbage out. I won't return to this hotel next time.
