Food was over priced. The room I got was a bit dated. Not the same room advertised online. My brother inlaw checked in after me and his room looked more modern. No kettle/tea facilities in the room

Was clean enough

The pictures do not match the room we got. I think the Hotel is likely part renovated and they've put pictures of the renovated rooms on there. We had a room that looked like it had been decorated 40 years ago and not touched since. Very dissapointing

Air con wasn’t adjustable and room was overheated.

got charged twice for one of our rooms hotel bundled all the rooms together so difficult to see on check out still waiting for either booking.com or the hotel to refund

Breakfast was good

So overpriced. 9€ for a pint. 28€ for an average burger. Overpriced for location

on arrival we were dismayed that our 'deluxe' room had no opening windows and a noisy aircon machine and decor and lighting suitable for a bordello (a bit OTP on my part maybe). A request at the front desk for a room with opening windows was initially refused, but one member said a room in the new block had windows that open, and for a surcharge, we could have that. So arrangements were made and we got the room and no surcharge was added (I did my sweet talk routine of course). The new room was perfect for size and quiet and comfort, and oddly, a little less deluxe than the sombre room we were first offered. A very good shower room and as in most hotels the pillows were nonsense, but we always bring our own. The highlight of the stay was the restaurant. The food and the staff were first rate... mixing elegance, calm and friendliness. We declined breakfast for a picnic on the road.

The deluxe room was lifeless, airless, and noisy and dull.

Very good beds. The bathroom with walk-in shower was nice. Check in went very smooth and staff are friendly. This is a perfect hotel when it comes to location because of easy access to city center and highway.

Pillows are not great...

The location was perfect for a stopover on our drive. The rooms were clean and comfortable.

The staff member checking us in seemed very short tempered with us, not rude. I got the feeling that they didn't like us using the hotel as a stopover as we were the only people I saw in casual clothing. There were a lot of people there to use business suites.

Nothing really

Location is ok as well as good parking, size of the room is nice and a lot of space.

Breakfast is basic, food without taste, not too many options. Coffee from machines at breakfast is no words to describe but really bad. There are no food labels on meat salami so you don't know what it is. Room is Ok but not clean really good, bed is hard and pillows are basic, as non existing when used ( big issue for me). I asked for one doube bad and selected it on reservation but still got two singles put together and they easily move so i almost fell in between while sleeping and hurt my elbow. If you offer double bed and its asked for than please provide it. Overall i would not stay in this Hotel again and would not recommend it.

Disappointing

Mould in the bathroom and when I asked to borrow a kettle I got given one that has rust inside it and the water when boiled wasn't clean. You'd expect at least more from 4 star hotel

Nothing , is not a 4 star hotel at all . Just one word describes it , AWFUL and must be avoided

This hotel is not a 4 stars at all , no facilities , old rooms , no amenities for a 4 star hotel , outdated . No hair conditioner , no cosmetic mirrors , malfunctioning showers , dirty carpets , small double bed , holes on the walls , tv where more than half of the channels do not work , staff at the reception that are unprofessional , breakfast very poor and they start removing it even though hasn’t finished, , blocked sinks at the room ,nochange of bed sheets , etc … overall awful and I do not recommend anyone to stay there and even less pay the price they ask for the rooms which is insane .
