The room is clean and smells nice

The female staff on duty needs to be well trained, she does not understand the rules and regulations of her hotel. Imagine a room booked for two people and she was asking the other person not to enter and stay at the reception. It looked awkward . Her attitude showed she wasn’t ready to welcome guest into the property

We decided to add the breakfast service last minute, 17 eur per person, but then we noticed all tables were dirty and the cutely was sticky, so we cancelled it. Fortunately they reimburse it.

My favourite choice when visiting Sint Niklaas. Always good service. Comfy room. Great breakfast

A comfortable clean room and close to the city center many restaurants in the area.

Great location next to the fabulous market square (currently undergoing major renovation work) and just over 10 minutes walk from train/bus station. Friendly staff, decent rooms, I didn't try the breakfast buffer but coffee & croissant was fine. Room was plenty big enough.

Minor thing, personally I don't like those small pillows which give practically no head support.

We deffo recommend this hotel for a single night or a longer stay at Sint Niklaas - we got offered a clean and spacious room with 2 single beds, free wifi and free parking. 24/7 reception, friendly staff. Tea and coffee making facilities en suite made us feel very welcome!

There were road works and the nearby parking facility closed. We were able to find a parking area 500 meters away from the hotel for a fair fee.

Bed uncomfortable , it was not super clean , we did face a water problem in the toilet first night and floor flooded. We ended up cleaning the bathroom at 12 am , it was resolved the next day though but any type of compensation or act of gesture could have been nice

The breakfast was very delicious. Staying here is worth it for a short period. The price was good too and the staff members were very friendly and open to accommodate to our needs.

The bed was great so was the shower. They did inform us that the car park was closed, which was helpful.

The bedroom was good and the shower was great, the bathroom itself was rather small, with two of us in the bathroom we kept knocking the hair dryer off. The breakfast was very disappointing, the scrambled egg looked very dry, not much bread to choose from.

Very nice personel, breakfast was fine, located next to all the centric attractions.

Staff were very unhelpful when I asked about local public parking and how to pay for the parking, they did not seem to know the answer themselves. Another guest was able to give me the correct answer.

Breakfast was good. Staff were great very friendly. Had a really good time. Great location. !!!Would come again.

Nothing to do with Ibis or hotel but booking.com after booking a twin room couldn’t guarantee I got one? while I went with a family member I didn’t want to share a Double Bed.

The breakfast was good, what you expect from a Hotel breakfast.The location is very good and central.A plus that "kitchen" and bar is open 24/7.The pizzas was surprisingly tasty.The rooms have thermostat so that you can control the temperature.

The toilets are seated too high up, short people wouldn't even reach the floor!No face towels.The bed was a bit hard.The doorknob to get out of the bathroom was very difficult to screw on to open the door!Some of the personnel would need some training, was not automatically offered a glass when ordering a Belgian triple beer!No mini fridge in the room, no free water.no coffee or tea maker in the room.

I booked parking and had notification two days before that the car park was closed for weeks because of building works. It took me 20 minutes to access overground car park. I booked this hotel, because it was close to the motorway, but road closure made it complicated. Travelling a long way on my own in a foreign country was not great.Also, website said the bar offered food, this was not so. Had to find restaurant on my own in the evening, did not feel safe.
