I did like the area where it was hotel based.
On arrival day I was disappointed with, all night without lights in the room and none of the staff/manager members didn't apologise for it or to announce. Even the next morning they pretend nothing happened. The room radiator was rusty and the toilet sink blocked when we used

Small room, even smaller bathroom. Sound coming from outside and was afraid to talk as we felt the neighbours might be able to hear us as well. Can do with modernization. Bedsheets had cigarette burn marks. We only stayed one night.

Those french people are talking loud in the midnight and early in the morning.
The price. For the same money as a hostel bed in most cities, we got a private room, with showerroom. The location is on the metro line and close to the the central station.
Cleanliness - the room was not unclean, but some features would benefit from upgrading / updating. The bedding for example felt to be well used. The plastic sink surface in the showerrom had cigarette stains.
