B&B Hotel LILLE Tourcoing Centre

Room is big and hot water supply is instant, bed is cozyCheckout is efficient (no checkout process) No need to bring keycards but only to keep a picture of the password they give you.

Need to bring my hairdryerNot much things around which is expected

The toilet didn’t work properly. A good place to spend the night before taking the train, but not for long

The toilet didn’t have water. In general, the smell of the hotel was not very nice. The recepcionist was very cold and didn’t seem to care about anything

Very clean and simple, a couple of minutes away from the main square of Tourcoing. The city center is very small. Lille center is 40 minutes away by metro or tram. Nice breakfast with some variety.

A couple more chairs and hooks to hang jackets and things in the room would be useful.

Cash payment was not accepted. And no prior information was given by the hotel. My card dis not work there and lady at reception was so rude that she refused to help and clearly said I can not stay if I dont pay by card. This behavior was very upsetting.

Receptionist was not co operative and she was not speaking English. It is strange that for international customer the hotel does not have a proper communication .

It was close to the train

They put in no effort to make guests feel welcome or provide any comforts. No kettle, no tea, no glasses, terrible pillows.

perfect location, easy to get to,near to the station and to Tourcoing centre and also to the music venue Le Grand Mix which was the main reason I came for a gig.

nothing to quibble about

Location. Good WiFi. Great desk on my room yo work. Clean hotel. Snack machines 24/7

Shower could use some care, and maintenance.

Very tidy room and good size, also a great that it has aircon as it was very hot when we stayed.

Location wasn’t too close to the train station but wasn’t that bad of a walk

Poor

Arrogant staff does not want to understand the most simple words in english. They reply in french in a rude manner. (Evening staff). Other than that it was an OK stay.

The room and the location are very close to the train station.

It was impossible to connect to the wi-fi

Good room clean comfortable friendly staff basic breakfast

Clean, modern room. Ease of self check in with instructions sent through Booking. Location good--not far from town center, close to bus stops.

Paper cups were replaced on first morning, no service and therefore no clean paper cups for the second day. The vending machines show the image for contactless payment with credit cards, but do not in fact accept them. Euro coins required and no change machine so no real access to vending. Because staff hours are limited, there is no way to make change, no way to request an extra pillow or replacement paper cups. I have stayed at several other B &B hotels, and this one was a bit disappointing

Passable

the ventilations was running the whole night with no possibilities to turn off. noise was massive… can’t sleep well.

Lovely room - a pointy corner room, odd shaped and quiet. Sink had an issue with blocking and it was never quite right even after being looked at twice. For the cost, not what you would expect, but a good stay was possible.

Sink didn't drain away

Hotel is in the center with a large free parking near the building.

Avoid

Reception,cleanliness,towels

Staff let me check in early due to my work schedule. They were really helpfull

Free public parking was pretty far and the shower could’ve been cleaner

Location the price excellent host comfort clean just in k on ne word PERFECT!!!

Fine

The room smelled like smoke

bed was horrible. Hard. I didn't sleep.
