Relatively quiet, next to a couple of supermarkets, staffed through the night, Bar, parking, bike store all good

Comfortable, very clean, effective air conditioning. Nice adjoining rooms for our family. We only slept there so can't comment on anything else. Very close to metro station and an easy journey to Lille railway stations.

The room was a little tired but the staff were cheerful and the bar was nice.

There were roadworks which made access to the hotel a bit tricky. We stayed on a bank holiday and the only place to eat was Quick Burger.

Breakfast was OK, hot food not really that hot. Hotel generally clean and tidy, staff very friendly and helpful.

The soap dispenser on our bathroom sink did not work and the ma8n shower only ran down from the left, not through all jets.

The hotel was very conveniently located beside the metro, with access to Lille city centre within 30 minutes. Check in and check out was a seamless experience, with the option to do this online also. The room was as described, simple without any frills, but fine for a short stay. The staff were friendly and provided us with access to an iron when requested and allowed us to store our luggage in the hotel after our check out and before leaving.

Great location of hotel and very comfortable stay for a long weekend with a family. Family rooms availability is great plus.

The breakfast at the location was of a pretty descent standard, with an extensive range of fresh products.

The room was of an abismal standard, we needed to change rooms as the matras in our initial room had a hole in it. The sink in the bathoom was cloacked. In the new room the tap of the sink was loose, and the room smelled as someone smoked in it. Overall I'd say the hotel was heavily overpriced for what we got.Additionally, the indicated that they have chariging facilities for electric cars, but this requires you to download and register with seperate provider.

Breakfast was fine and location adjacent to the company we were visiting. Very convenient for the Metro and connection to Lille.

The sink in the ensuite was block and frankly disgusting. It was the same in my colleague's room. This in itself sufficient reason not to return.

Great personnel, very helpful and accommodating.

The water drainage in the shower wasn't good. The shower as a whole was still serviceable though.

A very comfortable budget hotel. It is located opposite the Mercure metro station on line 2 so is an easy connection if arriving in Lille by Eurostar. Breakfast was an extra but the continental selection was very good.We stayed in Tourcoing rather than central Lille as we were attending a show at Le Grand Mix which was a twenty minute walk away or a four stop ride on the metro to Colbert station.

The tea/coffee rations in the room were rather poor. One sachet of coffee & sugar each plus one tea bag is not enough.

The air con unit in the bedroom was amazing, cooled the room down within minutes.

It's very dated and rooms are small. The plug socket was hanging off the wall and the bath was dirty.

Friendly staff, easy parking, quiet neighbourhood. Helpful message with navigation instructions. Metro station a couple of hundred metres away, very handy.

Sound insulation is poor - sound of people talking at 04:30.Quite a busy route (road) to reach it.

A beautifully clean hotel, staff were friendly, and convenient geographically.

The lift wasn't working!

The service of the reception was not really friendly but my problem was that in the first nigth I was bitten by bugs. The next morning I declare it to the receptionist and they change me room . It the next days they change me room. In that room I had not problem.

The family room that we ordered basically 2 rooms with connecting door. There is a bathtub and shower, so we can choose.There is electric car charging available which need hotel card to activate it. The hotel near to 2 supermarkets. The male staff who handle check in was friendly and helping us.

The female staff who handle check out in the morning was not friendly. No smile and not willing to help. The staff has difficulty to speak English.

Familyroom is perfect. we got 2 rooms via the doors in the room we are connected. 1 room with shower and the other room with bath. So we could choose.

Staff were very polite and helpful. We were happy with the location as tube station was only 1 minute walk away from the hotel. The room was nice and clean, bed was comfortable. We loved the breakfast as wel,l especially those mini sausages.

The room was not really sound-proof, we could hear other customers putting their stuff away during the night. If we stay there again will try to request a room on the top floor end of coridor.
