Contemporary boutique hotel in downtown waterloo. Friendly staff and great breakfast.

Its a very cosy hotel, great personal with high service, super breakfast, top location

Excellent breakfast with made to order eggs and Belgian waffles. Many meats, cheeses, fruit as well.

Unfortunately, restaurant not open weekends. But more than dozen outside restaurants nearby with wide range of cuisines.

Location to Waterloo historic sights

The AC didn’t work that well in our room. The window did open and it was cool outside. However, there were occasional smokers outside just 1 floor down so we had to keep the window closed.

Good size room & bathroom.Good mattress.

At 7:00we were awakened by a scrumptious of people smoking & having coffee & breakfast just outside our room.Not cool.

Quality hotel, oozing class. Well located, plenty of parking, fantastic restaurant adjoining and good breakfast.

Just the room service was below par on this occasion, having to ask for tea/coffee/mugs and there is no point in leaving one uht milk.

Hotel was clean & staff friendly. Great location for Waterloo where we have friends. Highly recommend this hotel

The room was really nice, the restaurant was exceptional- really nice staff and lovely food. The bar area, inside and out, was really pleasant. The lady on reception who wears glasses- we didn't get her name but she was so friendly and sweet- nothing was too much trouble. Thank you again.

Nothing really- only if the restaurant had been open on Saturday evening.

The fact the towels were reused. In the morning towels were left to change in the bathroom and In the evening I noticed the same stains in the towels. Also, pillow cover was dirty. Good facilities but need to improve these aspects.

A well-appointed, comfortable hotel in all respects. Easy private parking. Excellent location only 300 metres from Musée Wellington in town centre, but in a tranquil setting behind attractive garden and free from traffic noise. Very good restaurant for evening meals. First class breakfast buffet. Very good value for money. Strongly recommended.

Our room was ready before check-in time, which was very positive. Another positive point is the location, we went to visit the museums about the French Revolution, the hotel is in a good location for that.
