Good location in Waterloo. Ok breakfast

    Beds were not too comfortable

    7RobertoPosted on: 8-21-2025

Beds were comfortable and there's a parking place behind the hotel (public but free of charge, if I'm not mistaking - i parked at night only)

road side was a bit noisy due to the road itself (in summer with open window)

Very close to Waterloo center. Clean rooms.

Beds are not comfortable. No airconditioning in the room only a simple fan. Do not stay at the room on the road side, it looks calm but millions of car pass even at night, that noise can kill your sleep.

    Nothing much

The staff at the réception. The guy ( his name was Thibault) was very rude, especially with my father who is 76 years old. He was disrespectful, rude and impolite to him. He even said to my father that he could go to a different hotel if he wasn't satisfied. That guy at the reception did not even listen to my dad, apologize and try to find a solution. He made to my father a sign with his hand very rude showing him to go away because he was fed up with him. My father ended up leaving the hotel to go to a different one 20 minutes away.

The staff was very friendly and helpful. The helped us find bus transportation and when we left they called a taxi for us. They stored our luggage for us while we went to tour the Waterloo battlefield. The room was very clean. And comfortable.

No easy way to get from train station to hotel. No taxis or buses available. It was 25 minutes walk.

There are so many great things about this hotel, the location was the most outstanding, it is centrally located, surrounded by shops, restaurants, grocery stores, tourist attractions to name a few. And if you don t want to drive in an unfamiliar place, the metro station is in a walking distance. If you have a car, parking is available and free at the hotel.

Only a couple of things but there were options to remedy the situation. Not all the rooms have Air Conditioning, so if you can t handle the heat you might want to reach out to the hotel ahead of time and arrange a room with AC, however there were fans available to circulate the air. There is breakfast buffet available but it is not automatically included in your booking, however you have option pay each time you eat.

It gave me the impression of an old and neglected hotel. I expected something else.

The room was not very clean, there was dust on the floor. The bathroom was not very clean either.

    People, breakfast, clean room

The worst experience in my whole life. The name is a lie, it’s not in Brussels.

Firstly, the name misleads you, it is in Waterloo not in Brussels. It’s almost impossible to get a ride using taxi or bolt to trains station.

Perfect location for visiting the sites.Room was very clean and really comfortable. We slept really well. The staff were very friendly and helpful. Some lovely restaurants nearby and a fabulous cafe/patisserie up the road called Paul’s , highly recommend a visit!

Nothing. We had a lovely stay.

Good location, easy to find. Close to the bus into Brussels and a short walk to the railway station. The hotel was quiet, close parking and very good breakfast. There is a supermarket next door.

The carpark was full one night.

Clean and comfortable room. Good bed.

Bathroom a bit dark. Shower grouting grubby.

    8ToniPosted on: 4-6-2025

    Central and very convenirnt

The bed wasn't brilliant felt as if the mattress moved every time one of us turned over.

Great little hotel for a perfect pit stop around the sites and right outside Brussels! Was great for our family of there and they supplied a pack and play for our 23 month old to sleep in!
