Staff, location and bed. Also very quiet.

Empty bottle of wine when we checked in. Broken lamp on the floor. 3 1/2 stars is too much. 2 stars would be appropriate.

The two workers there were super sweet and did everything they could to be accomedating

Its a quick stop motel. You get what you should excpect although I would say this should probably be only $40-50 Euros a night versus what it is. Its a little old and neglected but not uninhabitable. I did not once feel unsafe here or anything else negative.

There was no staff, on the second day there was no hot water for a shower, and the last straw was the fact that we had to vacate the room at 10 AM.

it was relatively the cheapest option.

it was still pricey and check in times were narrowly inconvenient.

There is nothing likeable about this property, all the pictures are false advertisement, absolutely disgusting hygiene this place is more like a hostel than a hotel, please don’t book it you will regret it unless you like staying in a 1950 hostel that’s never been cleaned .

Everything, the room was soo dirty and disgusting we had to clean it ourselves, we were told the rooms not ready it’s getting cleaned and we’ve been upgraded lol when none of that happened, the dust was everywhere, furniture broken or damaged, stinks of cigarettes everywhere they got cheek to say they charge if you smoke, the check in times are just inconvenient! The state of the kitchen mould everywhere, things are broken, broken glass everywhere on the floor, I cannot comprehend why the cleaner can’t clean, the kettle in the room was covered in limescale, theirs soo much to say the room was not acceptable at all.

Run away !

Impossible to come and pay inside, that was closes and nobody was there, i drive 2 hours to get home…The worst « hotel » ever !

Shower refused to switch to ‘tub’ so had to fill bath from shower & flooded bathroom

The mattress was worn out in one room

Reception Lady was nice but she doesn’t have power to take decision only advise us to call Management which I don't think is my work.

Equipment old in Bathroom, Coffee , Milk and Sugar stay for long in the room and damaged.None changed before we came in the room.you can’t changed the sheets until we leave the room.You can’t change the Towels until Customer come to request.I think the Logistics need to be improved and have someone permanent and have power to decide not telling us to call the Management Team.

Close to waterloo and nice countryside. Shops just up the road if you've got a car.Staff were nice enough.

Bad beds, horrible pillows. Super noisy rooms where you can hear the neighbours and people above. Gym was missing. Shower leaked and went all over the floor. Doors need some wd40 on them. Whole place just needs some work honestly.

The place is fine, but needs refreshment. My cupboard was broken.Basic but proper, check-in online did no work, payment online difficult .as well.

Fits the bill for cheap stay only.

Furniture was not very modern, but I guess great value for the cost of 1 night

Spacious rooms, fridge, wardrobe with plenty of hanging space, bath & shower. Wifi also vg. Easy parking on-site. Excellent location.

Room could have been cleaner on arrival, especially as there is no daily cleaning.

I did like the fridge and the hairdryer.

The beds were uncomfortable ?. The heating was too loud. There were loud noises at night.

The area of the room is ok.

Good location and was clean but tired.

I stayed here 10 days ago and booked budget room and that what I got. On my way back decided to stay here again but the price was close to double :). We were traveling with a small dog and on the reception was notice that up to 2 dogs per room and charges are from 10 euros per dog. They charged me 15 :) but they could of charge me 50 :) as it was from 10 euros per dog . Before my stay I received email that my room was upgraded from budget to executive:) . I can tell you that there was no difference between the budget room I stayed 10 days ago and the " executive room " I was upgraded too. The rooms are not soundproof as you could here the child talking to her dad as they were next to me. Children were running up and down the corridor even past 10pm. So if you decide to upgrade the room for your guests please make sure you are really doing it as they are not stupid. Not for me would not stay and would not recommend.
