Nice restaurant

Power cut .on arrival so couldn’t check in. The generators were not working. Had a 3 month old baby with us . No baby changing facilities and the toilets smelt like sewage. One room full of mosquitoes and no shampoo . Baby cot not given bedding.

Large poolThe room is spacious and clean.The cleaning staff is nice and listens to everything.There is all the equipment in the room like at home.Better than a hotelThe supermarket in the complex is worth a cheap price.

Would prefer it to be for families only, no groups or friendsThe pool needs better cleaning, there are a lot of insects.Personally, I would prefer an open breakfast buffet all the time, but unfortunately it's only two days a week, Saturday and Sunday. The other days they bring you a plate with a few things on it.

Clean and spacious rooms, facilities

Short of supplies. Not enough cutlery - kitchen half equipped. No hair dryer in the room. When we asked for a hair dryer they brought us one with broken wires - apparently the socket was also not stable . So I could not use it due to the fact that I could get electricity strike. Very very dangerous !

Spacious

No running water at first. Technical service needed. Afterwards, problem with hot water in the shower.Pool not heated properly - only 24 degrees and apparently depends on the day and amount of sunshine!

Restaurant with a tasty food, gym, pool, aqua park, very good smart TV in room, even washing machine! Very clean and beautiful outside and inside.

Water in our shower floor doesn't flow away perfectly. And sometime shower becomes bath :)

Great rooms, mini golf, supermarket inside

Apparently they don‘t check and restuff the rooms for missing items such as mugs, or whether the soap & shampoo dispensers work; you have to call and explain these, so that they can be taken care of.

In the restaurant you could only have breakfast up to a certain time. We went ine day at around 11 and I wanted a salad but was told it’s only breakfast at that time. It’s a shame, that the full menu wasn’t provided.

Good facilities and restaurant on site

We stayed in a penthouse apartment. It was lovely but had very dirty balcony glass and outdoor furniture, loungers. Broken umbrella on balcony too.

Room smelt like drainage. Parking system was a joke. Over priced restaurant. Broken tiles in swimming pool that I cut my toe on.

Very clean modern apartment, comfortable bed.

Booked twin was given double which they said they would split but they never returned.Corridor areas shabby and parking difficult.

Nice girl at reception. Big apartment. there is a washing machine and a stove. Big pool.

the balcony, chairs, windows and floor on the balcony were dusty. does not have a hair dryer, iron and broom. we asked for a broom. the maid came, gave the broom and waited for us to return it. there are not enough pots for cooking in the kitchen. just plates and a pan. air conditioners did not work properly. either they have not been cleaned for a long time or they need to be charged with freon. There are no prices for products in the store in the complex. can't wait for the bar staff. waiters must be caught to serve you. the prices are very high for this quality of food. more expensive than in Cyprus.

The complex itself is very nice. There is a large swimming pool and restaurant, food delivery to the apartments. The staff at reception are polite and attentive.The bed is big and comfortable.

I was not satisfied with the cleanliness of the shower cubicle.And the hot water heating should be switched on in advance, it is not comfortable.As it takes a long time to wait for hot water.

We stayed at the hotel for four days at the end of June 2024. We booked two rooms for us and the children. In truth, we don't have anything positive to say about the place, and I'll summarize briefly:For half an hour each day, there was a foul odor of sewage throughout the resort - in the rooms, in the swimming pool, in the restaurant, everywhere. This is because the hotel is not connected to the sewer system, so they have to manually pump out the sewage every day in an outdated and backward manner.The smell of sewage is constant and will linger in your room if it's near the sewage complex in the southeast corner of the hotel, between building a and b. Every time you enter the room, you'll smell something unpleasant. Apparently, the hotel's plumbing maintenance is poor.Key cards: Few hotels in the world still use regular keys. The problem is, you have to contact guest services multiple times to help you open the worn-out doors. It's a waste of time and nerve-wracking, especially in hot weather.Restaurant: Its prices are exorbitant, blatantly so. For instance, a can of cola or beer costs exactly ten times more than in the store located just 20 meters away in the same hotel. It's unreasonable!Overall, Eskili is a beautiful coastal area undergoing massive urban development with billions of dollars in investments. However, to the eye, it appears that alongside private sector investment, there's a lack of public sector support; the streets are broken and unpaved, making it feel like living in a suffocating dust bubble all the time.Fair word: The hotel staff are positive, cheerful, and helpful in resolving any issues you face as a guest, and there were many.We will not return here, even if it were free.

More restaurants have been built around the hotel and we found the underground to get to the fair. Food is lovely too

Friendly staff, great communication using whats app, very clean, perfect for families with children with the pools, park, mini golf, water slides etc. food in the restaurant was lovely.

Being picky because everything was fantastic except the general Car parking area could be better as it’s currently an unmarked gravel area so a free for all at parking.

The internet is very very slow.

Everything! I love the front desk.. I love the security. I love the privacy I love everything!

I have no complaints. I enjoyed myself and if I visit Cyprus again I will surely book them!
