Exotic Hotel & SPA

Clean, good location to access our trips.

Breakfast very basic, for a good price paid we should have self service breakfast.Pool is in renovation, wich they did not informed in advance. Air condition very noisy.

Nice well appointed rooms with a sea view. Pool was great and the management went out of their way to start the water slides for the kids (they had to call an electrician).

Breakfast area and outside area could do with renovation/spruce up and better cleaning.

Brilliant hotel. Lovely big rooms. Sea view is fantastic. Restaurant right across the road. Staff are all wonderful.

The staff are lovely, easy check in. The beds were comfortable. The breakfast was excellent.

The road where the hotel is located is very busy.

Pool, sea, breakfast

No beach area, tiny bit of sand, on a main road, promenade dangerous and not interesting. Walked to harbour, few nice restaurants, rest of the area is really run down and derelict. Hotel nice if you have kids and want a small aqua park and chill round pool. Hotel was very clean, spa massages amazing and very good value. Just surrounding area didn't meet our expectations. Restaurant, zero to the sea and was nice. Room beds hard, no blackout curtains so awake at 6! And air con old and noisy!!

Hotel was clean and comfortable and staff were very helpful.

I found it noisy, being so close to the main road. The pool area would not suit me with no plants or greenery but it might suit families with young children.

Very clean, super nice staff, I recommend the hammam! :)

The beakfast was excellent, staff very helpful & hotel pleasant & quiet.

Unfortunately the main road is becoming busier & noisier with all the property development. But that, however, is not the fault of the hotel.

The hotel room was excellent and very clean with a fantastic shower area.

The noise of the road was so loud even at 5 in the morning. I think the door seal was not working.

Time of visit: November 2023.We really had amazing experience, the sea view is astonishing, the room is spacious, clean and organized. The food is great. Very good value for money. I highly recommend it. There is a good store called Molto a walk away from the hotel and a heavenly food restaurant just across the street called KIYI.Special thanks to Shukran and Abdullah for their excellent job helping us with everything, we love you guys!!!Ihssan & Natallia

A 2 night stay whilst I drove to the Karpaz from my hotel in Catalkoy. Easy to find and plenty of parking. Lovely welcome when I arrived from (Appo?) on the reception. Unfortunately, the room I'd been given had palm trees blocking the view of the sea so he immediately changed it and took me to the new room which was great. It had a noce balcony with a side view of the sea. The bathroom was beautiful with everything you need for your stay, including a hairdryer. There are also 2 pairs of paper & cardboard slippers, which were handy as I'd forgotten to bring my slippers from my hotel! Kettle with tea & coffee plus 2 small bottles of water in the fridge which is a nice touch. The aircon is incredible! Lovely comfortable double bed and 32" tv. Right across the road from the sea and there's a restaurant there that the hotel advise their guests to use. I had dinner there on my first night and it was fantastic. The waiter was really friendly. The night porter at the hotel is very friendly and helpful too. We got by using Google translate which was funny! Adequate 'English breakfast' in the morning. The lady in the dining room was really helpful and friendly. The breakfast consisted of 1 english sausage, 2 pieces of back bacon, beans and 2 fried eggs. Plenty of toast and jams & marmalade. I really enjoyed it.

The bed only has a bed cover, no sheet which I found strange? When you turn the tap on in the sink, the water hits the basin then sprays everywhere!Twice I had to stand there and dry my top with the hairdryer because I was sprayed with water and it was soaking wet. It goes all over the floor too making it very slippy.The tv wouldn't work so they sent a really friendly young man to fix it. He couldn't so (Appo?) came and after he couldn't either, they changed it for me.I was disappointed though as they advertise cable/satellite tv but it isn't. It's just Turkish free to air tv so no english channels at all.I couldn't find a switch for the 2 lights over the bed so couldn't use them. When you turn the main light off at night, the switch is by the door so you have to walk in the dark back to your bed?! There should be switches by the bed.The chairs on the balcony hadn't been cleaned so were very dirty, I had to clean one with tissues so I could use it. The grounds looked a bit shabby but it was the end of the season (November) and I did see two workers painting the building so hopefully it will look better for the start of the season next year.The dining room didn't look great. Faded pink tablecloths on the tables and stickers on the large windows made it look more like a children's nursery school?There were a lot of flies in there too, as they had a few of the windows open.On my second night, my room card wouldn't open my door so I had to get the lift back down to reception were the nice night porter reactivated it. Came back up but still wouldn't work. Back down again and the night porter came back up with me. Still no, so I waited outside of my room whilst he went back down to the reception. I just wanted to go to bed, I'd been to the Karpaz and was very tired from my trip and the long drive!He came back with a key and opened the door for me.

The spa was awful. Massage was bad. After the first visit, we canceled all other appointments
