Wow! We have stayed in many resorts in Cyprus and I have never received such amazing service and met such wonderful staff. The staff were incredibly welcoming and always happy to help. The Madagascar club is just fantastic, every single member of staff were genuinely interested in the children and remembered our children’s names the next day.There are many hotels that look great such as this one but the staff are what makes this place amazing. The only improvement I would suggest is sometimes certain foods were not fresh eg. Hard pancakes perhaps from the day before, but there was so much choice.Our housekeeping Belkiz was so kind and even managed to get us my son’s slipper which went down the balcony! Thank you The Arkin family, you should be proud of your team. We will definitely be returning!

This hotel was absolutely amazing. The beach, The beach bar, The rooms, the restaurant, the food, the staff, the casino all was perfect. I usually hesitate to go to all inclusive hotels but this was top quality and chic and very high end! I absolutely LOVED it!

Faultless !

Its the place where i feel like at home. Everytime we come, its a unique experience, everything is on the top, specially in warm season when everything is working. We've tried some other hotels around, but at last coming to Arkin everytime!

Maybe to improve barmen skills with coctails :)

The variety of food, all inclusive was excellent. Very tasty. Room was comfortable and cleaned everyday. Stayed here before when first opened in the summer. Loved all the seating areas on the beach for drinks and snacks.

Not to serve red wine from the fridge. Not having decaf tea or coffee.

Excellent service from the moment you walk into reception, staff were wonderful, very clean modern hotel, food was amazing.Have been to the Arkin Iskele four times now and the experience just gets better.

Our all inclusive 2-day stay was fantastic. Kids enjoyed a lot (6 and 8 years old). Due to it was october and windy we could not benefit or use the sea, aquapark entertainments for kids that I am sure they will love it during summer, still it was lovely to stay and have fun at Madagaskar Kids Village. With many activities offered we enjoyed spending timw within the hotel and not bored to go outside the hotel. The food offered as a breakfast, lunch and dinner was amazing and tasty with variety of options. There was a mini party corner for halloween kids enjoyed it .Also some food and deserts have been decorated accordingly foe Halloween and kids enjoyed it as well. There was a Galaxy Game room fo 8+ , my 8 years old son liked it a lot. The staff was friendly and helping too.

No hair conditioner, price a bit overstated (booked last minute though)

The Hotel was luxurious and very big .It included almost every facility one may need .Atmosphere was kind of family type with a lot of games and playing facilities for children.The food was enormous and diverse. I believe it covered all kind of tastes .Staff were OK and well managed. I am really satisfied with guest relation team led by Miss Shahrzad. They were 24/7 ready to help you with any relevant or even non relevant matters .

Not much I didn’t like but there are few things that could be improved:WiFi quality on the beach was not good and it is most probably because of overloading the access points .it needs improvement.I would suggest they put some fridges including soft drinks in the dining hall so that people can grab what they want rather than looking for staff to serve them . I believe it will reduce the burden on the staff too.

Great location and facilities

Very strange behaviour at the check-out: was asked to wait until they go to check if nothing is missing (i.e. stolen) from the room - first time experience like that in 5* Hotel :-))))

All inclusive food and drink package was amazing lots to choose from and great quality. All staff are attentive and happy to help.

Pool was not available and only a small part of the beach was accessible during my stay. The rest of the beach was being worked on which made it hard to relax as there was a lot of construction noise. The sea water was also dirty around the hotel possibly due to the construction works.

The hotel was excellent. It is a perfect 5-star hotel. The beach is long and peaceful. The breakfast was perfect. I would strongly recommend this hotel.

The location is a little far from the main cities of north Cyprus so there is not much to do outside the hotel. However, the hotel is quite large and provides you anything you may need or want.

It was really fine. You can find a place over the beach andnover the pool whenever you want. For Beach and Pool service you need to get your drinks on your own because it s very difficult to get the attention of thee staff. But the place was very compact and you can reach everywhere very easily.

I just cannot find any things to note for improvement. It was perfect all around. The stuff were exceptional, super nice and they enjoyed providing service. Absolute art of hospitality. In all seriousness We cannot wait to go back there again.

Rooms were nice, the hotel was nice but nothing to do in the evenings.

Nothing to do in the evenings. No activities during the day to entertain customers. Music foam parties.

New building, breakfast and dinner was awesome. Rooms were comfortable

Sauna wasn’t working throughout our stay which was one of the reason we came to your hotel and to add to the misery, our room air conditioner wasn’t working from 2330hrs to 0250hrs. We couldn’t sleep and hence we wanted to check out late but we were told “ Not Possible “. We made customer relations aware of air condition problem at approximately 2330hrs but we didn’t hear back from anyone till at approximately 0242hrs when we reach out to customer relations again and explained that no one has visited us to fix the problem and we are in a very hot room. Someone then reset the system and it started working. On day of check out at 1200hrs on 2/8/23 we received a call to leave the room urgently and we are currently sitting at reception waiting for our taxi to go else where to spend time since we are annoyed with poor policies of the hotel and customer service. Staff at reception and in customer relations came across very helpless as they don’t have any freedom to take actions to make our stay memorable. Our impression was this that they were under some kind of strict instructions by someone.

Foods were surprisingly amazing, plenty of choices!

Staff was really rude ! Especially waiters, they’d just turn your head to you and response in a very rude way. We called reception for a late check out, and receptionist Ahmet didn’t even wait a second and immediately said no to our request with a very rude way.

The property is quite big and modern. Rooms were clean, spacious and well equiped. Deserts are delicious and the variety is amazing.

We didn’t realise that the all inclusive here means almost all inclusive. We didn’t drink any alcohol so we hoped to enjoy fresh juice by the water since it was almost 40 degrees but fresh juice isn’t included and the only fresh juice you can get if you pay extra is orange juice..very disappointed. Staff providing drinks, waffles and ice cream speak almost no English making it very hard to order something and there are no drinks menus or labels on ice creams so it’s hard to know what’s on offer. We tried to order waffles but we’re told it’s closed so we got some ice cream. Few hours later we saw there were people eating some so we ordered some and the person right after us asked and was told it was now closed? This was in the middle of the day so no idea how that operated.There is only one food place available in between buffet meals all the other restaurants sit empty because they’re not included in the price you pay.

Bedroom/bathroom v comfortable. Public rooms very sterile.

We paid a premium for all inclusive: 'all meals, selected drinks '.On checking out, we were billed for our evening meal, c. 60 Euro, which we refused to pay. This caused embarrassment on all sides. And took c. 30 minutes to resolve. Also, only 3 out of 5 restaurants were available. And the food in our evening meal did not meet the menu description I.e. there were no potatoes or mushrooms provided in a steak dinner. Alternatives were delivered, without any explanation. All staff were extremely pleasant, across the board. But there is disconnect/mis-understanding between what is being sold/offered on-line and actually delivered.

Great hotel,great food plenty of choices. We definitely recommend !!! Quality drinks,indoor pool with great size. Great resort with plenty of space . Very big rooms !!!!

All the buffet meals were very tasty with a very good selection although the hot dishes could have been a lot hotter. The catering department staff's English was not great but then I don't speak Turkish!The valet parking was a boon.Our room was beautifully decorated for our wedding anniversary.

The dinner plates were cold but the staff did warm them when asked.We were staying off season so the International restaurants were not open, which was disappointing.
