Very nice new hotel

Smelling bathroom, problem with drenage.We had to ask for new room , that was Ok. Thay sould not send us to room that had bed smell in the first place , just it was inconvenient..

the hotel is very nice, safe and comfortable.

spa is in another building so i cant go there with my towel and slippers

No intertaiment Shower at the beach was weakServices in the spa should be defined well so the guests know the exact cost ..I was order to pay for two massage while i had only one !!!This was very embarrassing to me and my wife .. thank god the stuff had solve this issue..

The hotel has beautiful pools, a nice beach area, and modern facilities. The rooms were spacious and comfortable, and the variety of restaurants was a plus. Special thanks to Sarah from customer service.

Service at the reception and staff attitude could be more welcoming and professional. Some maintenance issues were disappointing.Most importantly – do not book the apartments outside the main building. They are far from the hotel facilities, inconvenient, and can completely ruin the experience. If you book, make sure it is only in the main building.

The room was spacious, modern, and extremely clean. The staff was always smiling and helpful. The pool area was large and very relaxing, and the breakfast buffet had a great variety with fresh options every morning.

My room was lovely my sons booked it for my anniversary. They treated us with wine cake nuts fruit. A lady called Hülya was absolutely amazing she looked after us really well she was supper nice. And arrange à la carte for our anniversary and breakfast in our room.

There wasn’t anything I didn’t like.

The Grand Sapphire Resort & Casino exceeded all my expectations. The property is stunning, with immaculate facilities, breathtaking views, and luxurious accommodations. The attention to detail in every corner, from the rooms to the pool area, was impeccable. The staff, especially Sara and her colleagues, went above and beyond to ensure every aspect of my stay was perfect, providing exceptional service and warm hospitality.

The lobby was a bit warmer than expected, and I didn’t notice an option to open a window for fresh air. Additionally, the absence of an on-site ATM was a minor inconvenience. However, these did not detract significantly from the overall experience.

Good value for the money, their spa has the best massage I've tried on Northern part of the Island. The staff did their best to make me feel comfortable.

The prices in the hotel's restaurant were ridiculously high. Bed linen could have been a better quality.

A true 5-star experience! The food was excellent (especially if you’re not vegan), the facilities were spotlessly clean, and the location was convenient and picturesque. I couldn’t have asked for a better stay. Highly recommended!

Great hotel, very clean, comfortable rooms.. Friendly and helpful staff. Very nice spa with a variety of treatments, and and a highly equiped fitness center. The hotel coiffeur is very nice with a professional team and all sorts of hair, facial and nail treatments. The food is very good, all 3 meals. The hotel assigned a guest relations member to accompany us through our stay and help with essentially any request we had, her name was Sara and she was amazing, professional, very kind and helping. She assisted us with many aspects of our stay inside and outside the hotel. Thank you Sara ?

There is a high floor bar with DJ parties almost every night and the noise was noticeable from our room. It was very annoying and disturbing making it very difficult to fall asleep..

Upon my arrival at the resort the tone of my visit was established, being both very courteous and professional. The attitude of the staff was always attentive and willing to do their utmost to achieve my request or need. The facilities and the cleanliness were first class. My room was very well appointed with all possible needs catered for. I made extensive use of the spa and fitness areas which were exceptional and modern.The hotel restaurants were of a good standard but for my evening meals i went to the beach front property affiliated to the hotel called Pera. Iwould wholeheartedly recommend a visit there and the chatauxbriand was among the best i have ever eaten.A special mention to the customer liaison team for their continued desire for excellence especially Miss Sara. Thank you to the entire establishment for a thoroughly enjoyable experience.

Absolutely stunning. The hotel is beautifully designed. All the pools are amazing including the infinity pool on the 26th floor of A block. Beds were very comfortable and the staff were very helpful.

The food wasn’t great on our visit. selection of hot food wasn’t great and was cold. However the salads and deserts were top notch. Would have been nice if someone took our drink orders at the table instead of having to go to the bar and order. We went during the off season so wasn’t busy. (Oct 27th) It’s hard to understand the full board concept at first. However would love to go back.

I had a truly luxurious stay at this hotel. Everything felt brand new, with modern, top-notch facilities. The state-of-the-art gym was impressive, and the swimming pool was simply magnificent. Since I booked a full-board stay, I was able to enjoy the food, which was absolutely fabulous—every meal exceeded my expectations. A perfect experience for anyone seeking comfort and luxury.

I didn't feel comfortable with the existence of a casino in the hotel. It was a bit of a disappointment
