loved how affordable the hotel was compared to the quality and service! The food was great, and the facilities were beautiful and well-maintained. There were lots of fun activities and open areas to enjoy — even though some outdoor places were closed because it’s not summer yet,The breakfast had a wide variety and everything was fresh and tasty.The location is peaceful and relaxing, perfect for a getaway.

It was a bit too crowded and noisy at times, especially in the common areas.It would’ve been nicer if it was a bit less busy and loud. I also wish there were some nice halal mocktails available on the menu.A beautiful hotel with great value, delicious food, and excellent facilities — just a bit crowded.

Have meany change on the staff it’s not professional in some place.pool inside close on 16 reasons it’s put chlorine more in the water, principal bar closed at 2 before have the bar open 24 hours food it’s not like before 2 years ago price it’s more up and quality it’s down before 4 5 yard I give for this hotel 10+ now I give maximum 8

I liked the beach, the restaurant team, and the food quality. All the staff was nice and friendly. The room was spacious and clean. Special thanks to Mr. Tamer and Ms. Gözde from reception and Mr. Gokhan from the restaurant.

The hotel is in a large area, and you need to walk.

The facilites , pool and the food was amazing! One of best buffet I've been on. Great WiFi signal in all areas. Location in front of a great beach with cristaline water.

I was excited about the long pier, however it was close ( under maintainance, guess as winter season started). That was a bit dissapointing.

To big for me...you have to walk far trip to get to your room.

Facilities were good

Food was soulless. Considering it’s Turkish food there was no flavour at all to it. Really disappointing considering the rating of the hotel.

The location was lovely

Service was awful, Bar and buffet restaurant, food was luke warm at best Limited vegetarian options. Bar staff would tell you to sit down and they would bring drinks over then not bother. We walked out one night as had asked 3 different member of staff for drinks and none brought. Staff on reception were rude. We were given the wrong room (not the one we booked), and staff argued it and asked us to prove it (twice) despite having it printed behind the desk. No apology given at any time. Not ULTRA all inclusive in any way- everything had additional costs. Tried to book shuttle but was told we have to have 10 people to go- no option to put names down unless we were had the 10! No iron in room (despite being on room description) when asked at reception again told it would be laundry service at additional charge. Al a carte restaurants additional charge- advertised at €35 cover charge but was actually €35 per person.

Great hotel. We liked it so much! Food, service, Wi-Fi connection - everything was perfect. And of course - stunning sea. IMHO: the best and cleanest in Mediterranian

Nice views

The Room was unattended. Needed Maintenance. Missing grount, missing silicons, broken tiles, scratched wallpapers. Balcony out of discussion. Nect to the exhaust of the dinasty restaurant, noisy and filthy smell.

the hotel was clean and beautiful

there’s nothing their not to like,I like the hotel and even though it was still cold there was the indoor pool that my kids enjoyed very much and food was nices.

Staff were very helpful. The decor was beautiful.

The bar staff did not know how to make a milk shake, I got milk with ice.They did not know what a Brandy Sour was. This is a drink which was invented in Cyprus. Some of the spirits were watered down.

This hotel is outstanding. From the minute you walk in it is pure luxury. Prosecco and gorgeous mini snacks, lovely smell. Food choices were out of this world. Endless choice, never ending food. Fabulous entertainment in the evening. Totally amazing water park and snack bar, just incredible

Absolutely nothing-the hotel is out of this world

Very nicely furnished. Relaxing atmosphere and the staff were very good with children. At the time of year that we stayed, not all outdoor facilities were available, but it was still a great stay and our four young children really enjoyed themselves. The indoor pool was great!

The rooms were comfortable and clean. The rooms were cleaned daily by the staff.The staff are polite.

The food was of poor quality. Repetitious and even cold on occasion. Certainly not what you expect of a 5* resort. On several occasions each day throughout our stay, we had to return our drinks to the bar area because they were wrong. Several of the serving staff did not know how to make a cup of tea. Very poor. The hotel was unable to provide basic facilities such as the use of an ironing board. There is limited parking for the hotel of it's size.

No fried egg most mornings.

If they had chips on the buffet. Maybe a burger bar if those hungry moments.

As for non food allergic people, the food was great.The water activities were superb, and the night shows were fantastic.

No one to talk to regarding food allergies.
