Not clean at all

Unfortunately, this was a very disappointing experience.We arrived at the hotel around 3:00 AM after a long drive from Germany, planning only to rest for a few hours. The room we were given (room 24) was not fit for accommodation.The room had:a very strong and unpleasant odor,an unclean bathroom,visible hair and dirt on the bathroom door and walls,a dead insect on the window lampshade.We tried to sleep between 3:00 and 5:00 AM, but it was completely impossible due to the smell and the poor cleanliness, especially as my wife is pregnant. We were forced to leave the room and stay in our car in the hotel parking area until morning.When we informed the staff later, the only response was, “Why didn’t you call to change the room?”At that very late hour, after extreme fatigue and with very limited time left to rest, waiting for another room without any guarantee of better conditions was not a realistic option.Overall, the experience was unacceptable and did not meet basic cleanliness and comfort standards.

Needs bigger signs on road it was difficult to find in the dark. We managed to get to the back of the property where the sign for vehicle access points in the completely wrong direction

A nice well presented room. Staff were awesome and so welcoming.

A little further from the airport than originally thought (but that was my problem)

Small rooms but clean and comfortable. Good breakfast and very convenient to have a restaurant serving dinner at the hotel. We ate there one night and it was very good. Good parking. The staff at the hotel are very pleasant and helpful.

The bed mattress could be firmer.

Perfect for stopping when crossing France. Bed very comfy and rooms super clean! Breakfast very nice and good value for money.

Great hotel on the overall

The hotel got almost everything to become a perfect place for the level, but wait 2h to get dinner is from far to much, the restaurant staff completely fail on them duty, not every night, but one team isn´t working well.

Front desk salad were so friendly, breakfast was great!Location was perfect for our return to the airport.

The room had what we needed for one night stay before the flight at CDG. Comfortable enough beds and pillows.

Light sewer smell at the bathroom resolved by the closed door.

Good location, very near the motorway. Good value and good breakfast. No frills. very good stopover point.

Clean, friendly & good food.

Nothing except no toilet roll in the room, which got sorted.

Arranging a late night check in

Mattress too soft. Had to ask for breakfast items to be topped up several times

Great stopover hotel , just a few minutes off the motorway . Good value , friendly staff and great breakfast . Good restaurants in Senlis itself about a 20 min easy walk

Clean modern large rooms, good breakfast and restaurant very helpful and friendly team

Location of the hotel is perfect for travelling with a car - easy parking, walking distance to the centre of Senlis. Our room was quiet, we didn't hear our neighbours at all (and there were people staying on the both sides of our room). Good to have a kettle in the room, but bring your own cups and teabags (provided paper cups are useless for hot drinks).

Cleaning standards are low-ish.

Location OK, but, as ever, out of town in an 'industrial estate' sort of environment, but cheered up by pleasant receptionist .

Usual concrete monstrosity with few redeeming features. Basic room, but with a comfy bed. 1 tea bag. 1 coffee sachet. (between 2) But for £48, you get what you pay for, but I am not paying 14 euros each for breakfast!No gluten-free choices for food or drink.

Nice friendly staff at front desk and restaurant. Bonus that they spoke English as well. Room was great for a night. Close to expressway and not too far from Senlis center.
