The size of the room and cleanliness was excellent. There was ample parking and we were warmly welcomed. The views from the room were great.

The water pressure in our room meant that it was hard to shower and filling the bath tub (half way) took around 30 minutes. The water was also barely warm and definitely not suitable for a bath. As this was a jacuzzi bah, that was a real shame as it meant we couldn’t enjoy a great feature of the room. The breakfast selection felt limited compared to other places with similar ratings.

Suite with 2 rooms, 2x double bed.

Hotel is tired, average facilities and the Spa is below par.

The front and lobby of the hotel was beautifully done, and the view from the front patio is very nice. It did have phone plugs next to bed. Breakfast was very good but pricey. Plenty of parking.

Rooms & halls very dated (stained & ripped), nice new tile in bath but plywood screwed into wall over toilet. Had room in back with view of grounds but the smell of either garbage or sewerage was so bad we had to keep window closed. Bed was not comfortable.

Unfortunately, we were disappointed.

We ordered a Twin rooms, but we got a room with one bed and a blanket.There wasn't enough food at breakfast and some of our group couldn't eat at all. Bathroom worn and dirty.

Not much. Staff were nice.

Room and bathroom were filthy. No curtains on the bathroom window, dirty towels, mold in the shower. Shower door hanging off. Food over priced. Window wouldn’t close properly so could hear the road all night. Not impressed.

A nice, modern hotel, situated as little out of town in an imposing location.

Sadly the visit was ruined by a very rude lady, who was some sort of manager. Was rude to staff and guests alike. She over charged me €30 for dinner, and tried to hide the amount on the machine.The rest of the staff was very kind and attentive, but I'd never return.The bathrooms are a little tired, with fittings being broken.

Nothing went well. . A complete shambles.

The rooms were far too small for couples and definitely no room for any luggage.Breakfast ingredients almost empty when we arrived and noone around to replace, would never go again.

Strange smell in reception and corridors, room in desperate need of refurbishment- shower and bathroom really dirty and shower head not working as blocked up with timescale - flooring coming away and dirty gaps.

Nice SPA area; comfortable bed and nice big room with a prefect view on Chateau Thierry hills.

We arrived earlier than check in and our rooms were ready. The weather was delightful and there are several locations to sit outside and enjoy the beautiful views. Dinner at the hotel was very good offered several price fix choices, as well as al la carte choices. A definite calming last night’s stay in France before heading to the airport in the morning.

This is a lovely old building, set up above the town. The room was clean and comfortable, with a little balcony on which we could sit. There was plenty of parking.

This place was so frustrating - it could be great. Instead, the hotel is badly in need of refurbishment - it is all very dated. In the room, the toilet is separate from the bathroom, and tiny - anyone of any size would be hard pressed to shut the door. Otherwise the bathroom was adequate. We were unable to eat in the hotel on the night that we stayed - not ideal when the hotel is someway out of town. In fact, this turned out to be a blessing in disguise, it was an easy half hour walk into the town centre, mainly through residential streets and we had an excellent meal, avoiding the hotel's rather drab dining room.
