Ankacity Suit Flat

Beautiful updated room, very clean...EXCELLENT shower!

It was a perfect location - quiet and peaceful but close to where we needed to go. Close to a metro station and a taxi call button right outside the door! It also had a wonderful complimentary Turkish breakfast with wonderful hosts.

Our room smelled like smoke when we arrived. We were able to air it out mostly but being non-smokers from outside Turkey we didn’t love that. But the AC units in both parts of the room were great for this!

Location

Bathroom was not very clean Breakfast was very simple

Breakfast was wonderful. Staff always friendly and helpful. The showers are amazing. The hotel staff saves a parking space near the front door for customers with cars.

If room windows are not left open, the stale cigarette smell is quite noticable. The windows in our room did not stay open by themselves, so we improvised and used hangers from the closet to prop them open. Parking can be a challenge, but we always managed to find something.

Very cozy place. Accommodating staff and helpful

Breakfast is served not buffet

The room's cleanliness and comfort was fine. Hostel is in very good location - subway station is very near, the largest railway station and bus station are in walkable distance. The neighborhood is very quiet - you can sleep with opened window. There is available breakfast in the hotel, however the variety is not enough for long stay.

Spacious, clean and comfortable room

The bathtub leaked water, we had to use all our towels to stop the water coming into the room. The breakfast was disappointing. We had to wait a lot for someone to serve the breakfast. It was very limited number of breakfast and a few pieces of bread.

We liked the location, they have a good restaurants and supermarkets near by.

In my staycation I had two problems, first the room is not clean enough, the second is the hotel offered the breakfast since 7:30 A.M. but the staff that works in the breakfast arrived 10 minutes late and we don't have time to wait her prepared the food because my flight is early. We left without breakfast.

I was really pleasantly surprised with this accommodation, after the last couple of hotels I'd stayed in looked much better in the photos. It was so nice to arrive to a nicely presented & clean room! I was really comfortable & happy to stay here for my brief stopover & felt happily recharged for the next stage in my journey.

great room, very clean, cozy and modern. enjoyed breakfast as well

jacuzzi

very stuffy and no curtains on one of the windows; standard double bed in a king-size room

In meantime quite comfortable room

Noise from outside blocks of air-conditions and ventilation duct.

nice environment, 8 min to metro station

old sewage system, unfortunately, smells penetrated into the room

It is located in the city center, There are too many attractions around there. Like restaurants, shops etc.

Even it says "no smoking allowed" on booking.com when we ordered, the staff told us all of their rooms are allowed for smoking. We had to open all windows while staying in the room due to the smell. The stuff in the room like towels were old and torn. The room was not clean enough where it causes acne on our faces. In the desc for the king suit, it is written that there are balcony and terrace. There is a very small balcony where you cannot use. Again even it is written there is a secure-box in the room, there wasn't.

Very helpful staff. Great breakfast. Extra tea upon request :-)

Very close to public activates clean and relaxing atmosphere

Clean apartment

Fab location for our venue

The room was initially Smokey.

The staff are so helpful and friendly. It feels like family.

Very good personal, clean and location is very comfortable.
