1. Staff at the reception almost without knowledge of English. No background information. You have a map and towel cards and that's it. The hotel is like a labyrinth. You need to find out where the restaurants are and what daily options we have in this huge area.2. Staff - waiters everywhere (restaurant, bar) without experience, chaotic, disorganized, without coordination during breakfast, dinner, mess, without basic skills in gastronomy (children working as staff with no experience in hotel resorts and no attitude or effort to serve with in some basic ways.We asked for tea and the lady at the bar told us to go to the outside bar as she couldn't give us tea in the inside bar.3. A huge complex that required reconstruction.4. Many rooms are not used5. Old equipment (e.g. -2 table tennis tables, completely destroyed). Old school gaming room, no innovation6. In general, the food was acceptable, but mainly the same selection every day. Sometimes leftovers from breakfast were served during lunch, dinner and the same thing every day7. Electricity often went out during the day. (you may unexpectedly get stuck in an elevator)8. Beach shore - ONLY stones (access to the sea was very painful for me) beach seats and umbrellas are old and need to be renewed.9. The hotel needs more life, to be more structured, to restore the old-fashioned style. To be more multinational10. Offers several trips to the nearest cities11. We definitely do not recommend Russian/Romanian families with children (mainly) for couples who want peace.12. The location of the hotel is in the middle of nowhere - but you can go outside the resort for a short walk to some bazaars or take public transport to Manavgat or Side.

Loads of pools and entertainment, kids pools, and the rooms and reception areas especially are really nice . Food was good overall, although I would have preferred to have it more clearly separate in different cuisines. We had some issues with the shower head and toilet sink that we reported and Wer both fixed within a few hours! Loved that! Hotel grounds were really nice too.

The main issue was that not many people spoke English. About 85% of the guests were from Russia or other russian speaking countries, and most of the staff barely spoke any English. That was very strange. Most of the guests would cut in line and weren't very polite. Forget about personal space while you're getting food in the restaurant. The variety of food wasn't great, and communication about the specials wasn't there. It was a surprise every day. Also the quality of food wasn't consistent between the two main restaurants. The starlight one was much better.The a la carte restaurants are not open every day and are a real pain to book. We went to book on Thursday and they only had one restaurant with availability for Saturday. So definitely try to book on the first day! The drink selection was poor and they don't have a menu in some bars. Most pool bars wouldn't do a nice cocktail, only basic mixes .The tennis courts are a bit expensive to hire. €15 for the court and €15 for the racket and balls.

There is the second time when we visit this place We liked everything there. Food was amazing, lots of options, very tasty. Staff very polite and friendly, they make you feel very welcome. Always there to help you! I must say that I was actually very impressed in particular by the cleaner that looked after our room while we were there, every day she made our beds in a different way, she was very friendly with us. My 3 years old son was very impressed of her kindness. She even arranged my son’s bunny nicely and he was very happy with her gesture. Swimming pools water very clean, area around it nicely organised and clean. Bars with fresh drinks in many places over the resort. The environment is very pleasant.

I had an issue with the spa&thalasso staff. I had an 80 minutes massage. The lady that did the massage was amazing, very knowledgeable and friendly. When I went to pay for the massage next day, I was told by the receptionist at the hotel that the 10€ voucher was not reduced from my bill and I have to speak to the Spa’s receptionist to add it. When I went to speak to them, there was a gentleman at the reception that spoken with, he spoken to me in a very unprofessional manner, there is no way you treat you customers the way he treated to me, he was trying to explain to me that they already did a 20€ discount when they offered me the massage( he wanted to sound that he made me a huge favour already ) and I should not expect to have the 10€ discount as well received as a voucher from the resort. I was trying to explain to him that nobody said such a thing and also when I was told of the 20€ discount, the receptionist was not aware yet that I was going to give her a voucher as well, and when I gave her the voucher she did not say anything that she was not going to accept it. This was not about 10€, this is about being fair and correct with your customers. I was planning to have more massage while staying there, but after that episode I didn’t even wanted to go back there.

I liked all the facilities, for a family with small children pools, arcades, water slides things for children to do brilliant, snacks bars available all day

The starlight restaurant was a disaster. The staff are running around like crazy I don't blame them. There clearly isn't enough as everytime we went to the restaurant we had to wait for a table to be cleared or set up as there was plates still there or not maid up tables. Also there is table services for drinks but you will have to wait a while as again not enough staff, at times I went to the bar myself which isn't a problem but they tell you to go to your table as it's table service but you continue to wait. My family went with my wife's parents and I'd requested months in advance and also a week before and also days before if we can have our rooms next to each other and kept getting a copy reply and they said they had put my request on my profile. This wasn't the case when we checked in they knew nothing of my request and also put our room apart as they said they couldn't accommodate but then after discussion they did then accommodate. The organisation was awful not particularly trying to adhere to customers request. This was disappointing .Also the evening entertainment for children is mainly Russian language based not English so for British people maybe choose a different hotel

Facilities of this hotel was great , surrendering by nature and lush landscape. Great family resort to stay and many different activities for kids .

I don’t even know how to start, Wi-fi should be added as facilities as most of the time is not working, food is very very bad, most of the stuff from the buffet are absolutely disgusting, staff are very rude and none of them are speaking English, when they clean the rooms they always forget something, towel, to change the bad sheets, feels like nobody cares, there is no hospitality at all. They give you a map when you check in but none of the bars have actually names outside so you don’t know where you supposed to go based on that map, surfaces at the pool very very slippery, overall definitely not a 5 star resort I would probably give them max 3 stars. Something needs to be done about those bellboys they are driving like lunatics around the resort!

There are no places, everything is crowded with people, noisy, uncomfortable.About the Internet We also had an episode — we needed wired Internet to broadcast, the hotel has normal Internet for employees, the entire second floor is conference rooms. Hardly loads chats into telegrams.Taxi Local taxis and drivers are also a separate darkness and divorce. Just the worst taxi I've ever seen. Inadequately expensive for a really broken car, unsafe driving, annoying conversations. Then you will be persistently demanding tips. And this is a taxi with which the 5-star hotel cooperates. Beach The only good thing. But the Mediterranean Sea is not the merit of the hotel, they are just lucky that historically they have access to the sea. It was nice to swim, soft pleasant water. You can swim after sunset. But! Towels are not issued after 18:00. Not a hotel, but some kind of boarding house for those who like to go to bed at seven in the evening.All inclusive lies This is already a controversial claim, all the conditions have been specified. But in general, what do you think is "all inclusive"? That you will pay at the entrance, then you will not have to carry a card with you because you want to play tennis or eat. Literally everything requires an additional payment. On the balcony in the dining room, the best places are fenced, you can get there for an additional fee. The main photo contains an abundance of tennis courts. All of them are for a surcharge, even if you take everything included. Seriously?

A puddle ran under him for an hour, through which it was necessary to step over. And most importantly — it was heard how loudly it drips every 5 seconds.We say during the day that our air conditioner is dripping.We came to the room in the evening, after the first conversation that we wanted to leave — nothing has changed, a huge puddle on the floor in an hour.21:00 we call the reception, we say that our air conditioning is broken. Some employee came, turned it off, turned it on, says 10 minutes and that's it.21:30 nothing changes, we call again. Three workers came with a vacuum cleaner, blew noisily. They say 10-15 minutes, well, half an hour and everything is OK.22:30 zero changes, a puddle on the floor. We call, they come again with a vacuum cleaner, they blow again, they talk about 10 minutes again.This is repeated three more times before 00:30. It's also impossible to get through, they just transfer calls in a circle.* By this time we had been in the hotel for 12 hours, I had a feeling that I was in a mental hospital. We are already openly saying can you all just change our number. "yes, of course, you can move your things." We answer: "We expected that a person would come and help with things"The saddest man in the world comes and stands in the aisle. After all, we give him some of our things. Great location, the facilities that were open were great. Starlight is busy measuring the experience and asking if everything is ok. The pools are great, also for the kids. Drinks are perfect, beach is great.

Very hard beds, because of the season a lot of facilities were closed. Sometimes the food was low on temperature.

Decent hotel, when there are no corporate events and people are allowed to sleep and actually use the facilities.

The hotel organised several corporate events during our stay, one of which was some sort of a football cup. Relaxed vacation atmosphere disappeared instantly. The footballers were yelling, singing and making noise during the night, I had to call the security at 3 am to shut them up, a poor bartender had to call the security on them for littering. Even the hotel itself endulged them, by blasting the music at the stadium until almost midnight and centering all evening events around them. The facilities were crowded and unaccessible, huge lines in the restaurants and the bars! This is a total disrespect for the normal clients, the hotel didn't communicate any of this neither during the reservation nor during the stay. They didn't even make an effort to house them separately and reserve some facilities just for them, so that others could have a vacation, instead everyone had to unwillingly participate in their event. Vacation ruined.

The nature, like in a forest if you choose small houses and not main building. Big choice of meals but not delicious. Very good option for those who is looking for comfortable stay close to nature and without rush about cooking. Warm sea, fresh fruits and fresh air.

Wish a better cleaning.

I had the pleasure of staying at a resort with exceptional food and an incredibly friendly staff. From the moment I arrived, I was greeted with warmth and professionalism. The resort's culinary offerings were nothing short of amazing, with a wide range of delicious dishes that catered to various tastes.The breakfast buffet was a highlight, offering a variety of fresh fruits, pastries, and made-to-order omelets. Lunch and dinner options were equally impressive, with a diverse menu that featured both local cuisine and international favorites.

My stay at a resort with poor air-conditioning and a slow response to room issues was quite disappointing. The air-conditioning in my room was not working properly, making my stay uncomfortable, especially in hot weather. I immediately reported the problem to the staff, but to my frustration, there was no response for a staggering 6 hours.The situation worsened when I discovered water leaking into my room from an unknown source. Despite notifying the resort's staff about this issue as well, there was still a significant delay in addressing it. This not only inconvenienced me but also affected my overall experience.

The worst cleaning in my life. Towels can be not changed for 2-3 days. The second floor carpet in the room never was cleaned during 2 weeks. Bed linen was not changed at all. Garbage can be not thrown out for 2-3 days. Still dirty floors after cleaning (looks like extremely lazy cleaning staff). A lot of dirty plates and glasses in the corridor were not taken until we asked. No our request == no clean corridor. And it's even not our plates! (Our neighbors put it there).It turns out that ala carte restaurants that are marked "Free of Charge" can only be visited free of charge once per stay and require a reservation (no one informed us of this).Not working air conditioner was fixed only after 4 reminders and only in the evening.At meal times it is very hard to find a free and clean table. The tables are cleaned badly. Clean dishes are put on a dirty tablecloth. No one cleans the tablecloth from crumbs and stains.Not very good internetAt late checkout they forgot to extend the expiry time of key cards to the room. However, they did not forgot to take the payment :)Nice note in the guest cart: "Air condition working hours depend on weather conditions" -- maybe it means "Too hot weather == no air conditioning"
