Scam Warning – Be Careful When Booking This HotelI’ve been staying in resorts and hotels with all-inclusive options for more than ten years. Usually, when booking through Booking.com, I simply filter for all inclusive and choose from the listed prices. That’s exactly what I did this time.However, when I arrived at the hotel, the receptionist told me that my booking was only for bed and breakfast—but I had paid the price of all inclusive. At that moment, another guest was already arguing about the exact same issue, and later I saw that even more families had been misled.How the scam works:•To appear in the all inclusive filter results, the hotel lists its all-inclusive price.•Then, to look more attractive in the search results, they also add a bed and breakfast option at the same price level.•So even though you filter for all inclusive, you may actually end up with bed and breakfast without realizing it, because the price seems normal.When I asked to cancel, the hotel refused to refund me on the spot. The salesperson told me that maybe after one month, if the head office approved, I might get my money back. This felt like a hostage situation. In the end, I had to pay an additional €1,100 to upgrade to all inclusive.False advertising:•The hotel’s own current-year advertisements (June of this year) promoted facilities that were not available at all.•Even after paying for all inclusive, many food and beverage items required extra payment.•Pool table games were not included, only table tennis was free.Quality and cleanliness:•Rooms were cleaned regularly, but the rest of the hotel was dirty.•The hotel is pet-friendly, but the walkways and poolside areas constantly smelled like dog feces.•In the kids’ pool, elderly guests were openly smoking, drinking glass bottle of beer and no staff intervened.•The lifeguard at the main pool was on her phone all day and not paying attention.

Lots of activities

Not a very good kids zone, far away from hotel, should be one inside the hotel , very dirty, bed is not comfortable -mattresses very hard. Showers are dirty/moldy, water keeps changing from hot to cold very fast, even when on the same setting

the facilities were very clean and modernthe food quality and variety were excellent the room had nice view and spacious

From vallet service till checkout it was great experience

AC was working loudly and not heating but hotel management offered another room immediate

Delicious food and desserts, close to the beach, the entertainment, comfortable rooms, variety of options in the all-inclusive package.

Some of the staff members acting as if the guests without the bracelets did not pay anything for the hotel. We had a problem where not everything in the breakfast was included. Also before checking in the main front door security asked multiple times if we had a reservation, which is quite annoying. It would be better if the ones who paid for bed and breakfast simply had another colored bracelet. Also, the staff is very confused about this type of guests.

The room was conffortable and nice view.we enjoy the food.the water park was fun !the beach is extremely clean and the sea with an incredible sunset.

They did not have availability for à la carte restaurants !Cars that take you to the beach are scarce. They don't have a consistent schedule.

Good value for money

The air conditioner worked bad. I write to hotel stuff they sent technician immediately it’s a good point for the hotel, but the conditioner still was very weak, at both rooms.

I think its a new renovated Hotel, as it looks amazing from outside but rooms and services are so below average (Booking.com and hotels.com + their main website) dont show the real rooms pictures ??!! especially the suits ?? .. dont even try .. we regret it so hard and we wish they can change the operation managment as they dont know what to do .. Family travel booked a suite that fits four people .. the verdict will be in pros and cons:Pros - All inclusive package..- couple of restaurants and options of Vegan- LLoccitane SPA products - Personal Assitsant (useless person basically) but at least the hotel is trying - Amazing water park and staff in it- Very nice sea with zero rocks but a bit old - Quite Zone and Flowers house for coffee and tea moments - Daily schedule of activities as if you are in a cruise trip Cons - Poor english speakers - Personal Assitsant is busy texting other guests during Check-in and Out, Very Bad 1st and last impression - Transportation Mercedes Vito services by the hotel was miss managed and (PA poor handover) - At the end i tried to do everything by my self without asking the Assistant as she dose only 10% of what u ask for - Rooms are dirty and looked so bad with glue and mold everywhere- switches don’t work and they are from 20 years or so - Bathroom suction never worked and we asked for 3 times checking with zero outcome by the technical department - Hallways to rooms smells like a hospital - Bathrooms are 1960s with white fluorescent - bedrooms got Africa theme ???? jungle and animals ? - floors sticks

modern, brand new, beach fronted, facilities were good

They are not clear about what you can get and what not regarding to Restaurants, cafeterias when u book, even the staff were confused and given incorrect information. it is a miss and really frustrating. regarding to buffet, you have to wait for each and everything since you can’t fill your plates directly, I’m not talking about main cuisines, even salads, fruits, and things needs no help from no one. i don’t know if this is their way to make u eat less!also the Air condition, they t is horrible really!cleaning in the rooms must be improved and staff should get better training.

food, service, facilities were all world class. All requests made were facilitated and the staff did everything to accommodate.The other guests were classy and friendly and there were no disturbances at the hotel.

The whole hotel is fabulous, staff, service, food,beach, facilities..... ext all are more than wonderful, we had gor more than what we actually paid.The staff on the resturants are more than great ? ? ? ? ? ? ?
