The food the quality could be better, I mean they have a huge verity but only a hand full taste good. But can’t complain at the price point

The staff were friendly.The hotel was clean.The facilities were good.The families and children they were in hotel were very lovely.

The hotel hasn’t shuttle service to city centre or Land of legends .

The AC was not cooling, and the staff entered the room without taking our permission, the same happened with the AC Technician when he entered the room suddenly, he opened the door and come in which was not acceptable

Clean comfy rooms, can accommodate a king bed along with a twin bed and a sofa bed in 1 room. The food on the main restaurant was excellent with wide variety of food and good quality. The facilites are amazing for kids as there is kids waterpark. The beach is good but the problem is you have to take a boat to go to the beach (through its good experience)

The sea view rooms are not really sea view and there was a smoke from the main restaurant to the balcony with bad smell. I thing the management have an issue with the air conditioner as it was not working on my room at the first day the they fixed it. But in the main restaurant, you will be sweating as it is not working.

Luxurious, spotlessly clean hotel with bright and spacious rooms for families. We especially loved the water taxi to/from the private beach, and the onsite water pack slides.

Food was excellent always a wide choice. Room was large and all facilities were clean.

Cold pools for a year round hotel and cost if spa.

We had a lovely stay at this resort. The food set ups every day for lunch and dinner are endless and we were always spoilt choice. Breakfast can be improved but maybe because I love my English breakfasts. The fruit spread can also be improved, I do love my watermelons and melons on holiday and they didn’t have any sadly. Snack options, drinks and ice cream is unlimited so that’s a bonus. I love that there’s a snack station all day till 5pm so if you are hungry or even miss lunch, that’s always available. It’s also a plus that they have a night buffet till late so if you do fly in late, you’ll have some food options available, these are limited though. The mini bar is free and stocked up daily so this was great. Staff are helpful and allowed us to print our boarding passes at the reception. Some don’t know English so it made it harder to communicate with them at times.There can be some improvements made though. You have to pay for the iron and iron board. It’s 10 euros an hour which is ridiculous because I’ve stayed at 3 and 4 star resorts and hotels and irons are free of charge available in the room.Taxi charges from hotel are ridiculous too, round trip to Land of Legends is 50 euros but it only takes 15 minutes to get there, tooooo pricey! You can’t even get local taxis as it’s illegal there so you’ll have to go with hotel cabs to go places. If convenient, you may as well take the local bus situation right outside the hotel to get to places such as the Grand Bazar, it’s only 69p using a contactless card. When planning a trip, I’d advise you to book cabs on booking.com as they are private and they are the only cabs who would be allowed to come into the hotel and pick you up. We used booking for our airport trips which is so much cheaper to the price the hotel gave. Hotel said around 30 euros and we paid 20GBP on booking for airport.Breakfast can be improved but like I said maybe because I’m a British person who loves British beans and sausages.

Staff Zehra is very helpful. The only advice me is for the hotel to add British breakfast or irish breakfast to their menu like beef sausage, chicken sausage, and brown bread . Overall, the hotel is 95.5 over 100

Everything was exceptional, the food , the drinks, the entertainments , the staff . Our stay was something beyond imagination. Special thanks to Abdullah the waiter at the main restaurant for being so helpful and always meeting us with a beautiful smile ?

No cash point at the site, which was frostrating.

I would say the only positive was the food - it was varied and tasty even though we went there off season.

If you want to hear everything your neighbors are doing, then this hotel is for you!The walls are made out of paper, so you hear literally everything and as an added bonus you also hear people walking and taking in the corridors at 3am in the morning. And when I say “hear”, I mean it’s full volume, like there is no wall or door in your room.But the cherry on the cake was the nearby restaurant that was blasting music at 10-12 pm, and you could hear it like you had the speakers and the mic installed on your balcony, so there is 0 soundproofing on the balcony door either. So if you are travelling with small kids, keeps this in mind.The reception were also not much help when we were trying to swap the room, but after some extended arguing, they magically found the right rooms for us. There was only one guy from the guest relations that was nice (don’t know his name unfortunately), the rest were just rude and unpleasant to deal with.The heated pools were also a joke, even the indoor one. Unless you are a professional swimmer who likes to do rounds at the pool non-stop, standing still in water was not enjoyable. Outdoor swimming pool was even colder.

The property was great, lots of food and entertainment options. The rooms were really clean and nice, restaurants had a good variety of foods and drinks. One can eat and drink 24/7. Nice pools and beach.They gave us complimentary honeymoon treats and decor which was amazing.

We loved everything about this wonderful and beautiful hotel with well motivated workers. The location by the sea in Lara is excellent. This hotel has lots of restaurants and wide arrays of very healthy foods on offer at each meal. The food selections or offers on each breakfast, lunch or dinner is different each day. Juice, Wines, champagne, cocktails are surplus ! Rooms are beautifully decorated. We stayed on the 7th floor in a seaview room with huge comfortable bed, well stocked fridge, beautiful bathroom which has separate toilet on one side and shower on the other side. The room is adorned with good decorations and well lighted. There are charging points at every necessary place. The room opens to the balcony with lovely view of the river and the ocean ! Your TV welcomes you with a personalised message when you put it on ! Room attention is digitalised by just pressing the button by the entrance that relates to your needs whether you want room cleaned or you don't want to be disturbed. Mini fridge is always restocked everyday.There's also entertainment every night. The hotel is huge with about 9 restaurants and a beautiful big garden with huge swimming pools. There are lots of amenities like spa, gym, heated indoor swimming pool, game centre, salon, shops, night club, etc in the hotel. A lot of seating areas with beautiful furniture and decorations. Each sitting area is different from the other. You get attended to just minutes after you sit in any of the lounges. Great and efficient customer service. Mr Yusuf of the Customer service group is very extraordinarily helpful, diligent, resourceful and friendly. ? Great guy ! Mr Mevlut who works in the restaurants is similarly excellent in customer service. I will not forget to mention Ms Merve who always serve us with the best cocktails! She's ever so cheerful. Everyone of the staff are very good. I will not also forget to mention that we arrived early in the morning by around 4.

What didn't we like! absolutely amazing hotel and incredibly nice staff throughout the whole hotel! Dining Room staff were all lovely but Mustafa in particular was amazing. The most important part for us was the kids club and activities, where do I begin, The kids club staff Anastasia and Dinara were incredible! genuinely can't speak highly enough of them. They were fantastic with all the children, they showed genuine interest and care for each child in there.

A small boat trip to the beach which is provided by the hotel was nice, however the snack bar on the beach wasn't open and we weren't informed of this, could be due to out of season but the beach side wasn't very clean, again could be due to being out of season. Didn't really bother us as much because the hotel being amazing made up for it.

Everything is excellent, I was soo stressed from my work. After this trip I feel like a new born baby. Hotel is amazing, stuff is soo friendly. Food was yummy and so many entertainments such as a club, SPA, bar, shops whatever you need for the long awaited vocation. I have visited end of November, so I missed rain a loooot. However, your vocation depends who you go with. Lackily my friend is sooo crazy :), so we had so much fun. unfortunatly I dont have much photos, I was too drunk to take a photos)

hotel doeasn't have private beach. so take a note. you have to walk to the beach, but actually its not that far. I think 5-8 minutes to walk

Super kind staff, the delicious foods

-They charged me 10 Euros/ 1 hour renting for clothes iron -It’s more suited for the family than solo traveler

Room was nice and spacious, beds were comfortable, staff were lively and accommodating.

You can’t get a barrister coffee at breakfast or anywhere else except the Eclair cafe which is not open 24/7. For 5* I expect to be able to get a coffee. There was no alcohol in the mini bar. You had to pay for the food with room service where as hotels which usually just charge a tray charge. The beach is not as it looks in the pictures. Be careful with the doggy taxi which waits outside the hotel. There is a man that will stop any taxi entering the property or speak in their language and then the driver will demand cash you although you’ve already confirmed card and he will overcharge you.

Everything was super perfect about about Trendy Lara. Stayed for 6 days, had the best time of my life. Will definitely return.

The WiFi was not so great, could be improved

The room was perfect, the girl who made the room up was great. I was in room 3318

Hard to get a table if I was with my Niece and Nephew and their children. OK in the 18+ area.
