Lara Barut Collection - Ultra All Inclusive

Staff, foods, service and clean

Nice hotel. Lots of stuff to do with kids. Food was good with several vegetarian options

Reservations for the restaurants were hard to come by. Most booked several days out.

Everything from start to end. We paid extra for a seaview room, and they first put us in a lagoon view (the cheapest) room. After complaining, they put us in a half sea half pool view room, which is cheaper than our original room. Gimmicky tourist trap!

Our visit was in winter and the resort was cold even the heated swimming pools was cold, the restaurant and bars also cold! Please check your heating systems, its not comfortable to wearing Jackets inside the restaurant or bar !

Great hotel, 10/10 clean rooms and great food , excellent service and staff, it was my wife birthday and the hotel really made it very special, from the dinner table to the apical cake and flowers to the gift they brought to the room. I recommend the hotel for anyone looking for a perfect holiday. Thanks

The location was close to the airport.

This was the worst resort in the world. The food was terrible and the “all inclusive” advertisement was false. For value does not equal the cost. The staff was not very helpful. I do not recommend this resort.

Facilities were very good. Food amazing

Staff were not as good as last time we came. Ordered drinks at pool and several times didn’t come and one time took a hour. Wasn’t busy either. Stayed 16th to 21st June.

This hotel exceeded all expectations. Everything was extremely clean, from the rooms to the common areas. The amenities were amazing, and the variety and quality of food were outstanding. Customer service was truly top-notch and available 24/7, a special shoutout to Sahar, who was absolutely amazing and incredibly helpful. The rooms were beautiful, spotless, and very comfortable. I would highly recommend this hotel and would gladly stay here again.

Great cuisine (the variety and quality of meals were incredible), breathtaking landscape design, modern and smart architecture, a convenient way to communicate with the friendly staff via messenger, a variety of activities to keep residents of all ages engaged. The most appealing feature of this resort for me is that it has a lot to offer in winter - for example, the indoor and outdoor heated pools with seawater were a decent substitute for swimming in the sea.I chose this resort for a December vacation with my parents, who are seniors - we really liked it and would love to come back next time

Practically no complaints.Nitpicks- the hotel offered an app to share the latest schedule, but it was a bit buggy

Excellent food and level of service. Exceptional facilities especially kids club and evening shows. Staff are helpful and enthusiastic. Recommending with closed eyes.

Super hotel, very clean, absolutely focused on providing you and your family a superior experience. Clean beach and super clean hotel. Staff is very friendly and helpful. Food is good and you have plenty of different choices. The kids club and the kids club staff was great and provided a great experience for our son .

We liked it all!

Lovely hotel with lots to do from gym classes to sports to lovely pool and beach area. The staff are fantastic. Big shout out especially to the Mini Club staff from Barry Staff (Sevda, Inici, Gulperi, Cennet, Jennet, Gizem). My daugther loved the kids club and the Mini Disco. Super comfortable beds.

The food could be better for the price. There was a huge selection for the buffet and the cafe was good. We only went to one of the restaurants where you didn't have to book which was terrible. Unfortunately we didn't get to try the other restaurants as they were fully booked when we were there. Maybe they were better.

Nice place to stay. Facilities are nice and clean, food amazing, lots fun activities to do. My family very enjoyed our vacation there. I would come again there.

Lots of people smoking around

Our stay at the hotel was exceptional, the variety and quality of food was excellent, the hotel facilities all amazing, and the activities for both children and adults were incredible. The staff all went above and beyond to make us comfortable and we are very grateful to everyone who made our stay so enjoyable. We enjoyed our stay so much that as soon as we arrived home, we reserved our room for next year!

Everything was excellent.

Clean , main buffet was good

AlaCarte restaurants reservation was very tricky ( 3 nights stay could not get any), some staff not attentive

Clean, variety of food, good overall

Coffee is bad, and they didn’t clean the steam wand of the coffee machine after every useAlso the didn’t tamp the coffee

This was the BEST vacation experience I’ve ever had truly a dream trip for me and my partner celebrating our recent engagement. From the moment we arrived early, the staff made us feel welcome. They held our bags, invited us to enjoy the breakfast buffet and pool, and later prepared our room. We booked the corner suite with jacuzzi, and it was pure luxury. The 24/7 assistant (available via WhatsApp) was an incredible touch, along with round-the-clock room service and excellent on-site restaurants. As someone with severe food allergies, I was initially worried about dining. However, I was blown away by how thoughtful and accommodating the staff were. Every menu item was clearly labeled with allergens, and they went above and beyond to ensure I felt safe and cared for. This gave me so much peace of mind and allowed me to fully enjoy the culinary experience. The facilities and amenities were outstanding. We especially loved the spa our Turkish bath and massage were one of the highlights of the trip. The environment was so peaceful and restorative, we didn’t want to leave.I cannot recommend this place highly enough. From start to finish, it was a truly unforgettable and luxurious experience.

Absolutely nothing, cannot wait to go back!

Excellent facilities great staff

A little away from the center .. also impossible to get a reservation in the restaurants as it was super busy

All meals were great but we couldn't get a reservation for the 8 other restaurants not even for a sigle day because they were already fully booked.Room was great but mattresses were not that comfortable. The ACs in the room were struggling all the time to make the room cold.

No reservations available in the restaurants so we ended up eating all the meals in the buffet restaurants

The resort was amazing the amenities were great. The staff was helpful but language was a barrier at times.

The app was not user friendly nor that informative or helpful.
