I liked the area it was in. We over looked the mountains with snow on it and it was well located in a quiet area which make walking easier

The hotel is not directly on the beach, it has it's own beach, but you need to ride a 5 minute shuttle to reach it, which sometimes get busy and over condensed by people for going and coming back, and all the activities, the fun the water park games are their.Staff working were not always friendly, alot of them serve with aggression, specially during busy buffet times, such as breakfast & dinnerThe lights in the room is very weak.

Staff at check in was not friendly at all. We wanted rooms near to each other but he gave us one room on another different floor and two on same floor but not connecting. They kept telling us they will change our rooms for 7 days but they didn’t. Curtains in the rooms are not black out at all so there’s a lot of light coming in

Amazing facilities, food, and staff were so lovely and helpful. This hotel is beautiful and has lots of activities to do. Would come back again!

The food was awful myself and my daughter ended up with the sickness and diarrhoea. As someone who doesn't drink alcohol i had to go to the alcohol station in the restaurant to ask for milk for my tea. WHY?

Only size of room and variety of food

The water park that the show in pictures is not in hotel you need to take bus which is 8-10 minutes away, their cleaner for room doesn’t clean properly, when we arrived no one took our luggage because only one person was there and was busy as the same time

Only that kids outside pools were closed in winter season which is ofcourse normal but weather was too good anyways

Had an amazing stay at Aska Lara Hotel! The food was absolutely delicious, with a great variety to choose from. The staff was incredibly friendly and always ready to help, providing excellent service. Whatever we needed was taken care of quickly. The entire hotel was spotless, with everything cleaned to perfection. The pools were huge and well-maintained, perfect for relaxing and having fun. The beach was beautiful, with all the necessary equipment for a great day by the sea. I enjoyed my stay so much that I even extended my accommodation!

There were lots of cats around, which I didn’t like, but the hotel has a company that takes them to shelters.

This holiday resort was AMAZING !! Has absolutely everything to do, all friendly staff, lovely rooms too I also loved all the hotel cats as well will deffinetely be booking here again 12/10 ❤️

Our stay was great, the hotel had everything we needed for our family, comfortable rooms, great selection of food and drinks, lovely outdoors and swimming pools. Location was good too!

The rooms could be cleaned better, logistics could be better ( talking to receptionist and told to go to multiple offices to resolve an enquiry). But nothing too dramatic I am a clean freak so I cleaned my room before the cleaners would come in.

Everything…. The staff were amazing and very attentive, the life guards at the slides were very funny and friendly, the kids enjoyed the entertainment and the night shows. The food was delicious

A really lovely resort both for families and couples. Loved the pool and the waterpark. Food and drink is available almost 24/7. Staff is (mostly) attentive.

Not much. Could do with actual duvet covers on the bed. Some of the waiters don’t attend to you if you’re not European.

Beautiful hotel, great facilities, and very friendly staff! We really enjoyed our stay there and it was well worth the money. Really loved the shuttle bus operating every 3-4 mins which would take you to Aska Lara's portion of the fantastic and beautiful beach (only a 60 second drive away!) and it was so convenient and safe to jump on whenever. There were lots of activities and pools to enjoy and great place for families with children especially. Our rooms were great and accommodated for and there was lots of food/drink choice around the resort. The main international buffet had great quality food for breakfast and dinner but I wish they had more Turkish cuisine options to offer as I had really been looking forward to trying! Overall fantastic stay and would highly recommend to everyone!

The waterpark was quite underwhelming as the slides are not manned despite staff being there (mainly on their phones) and they weren't slippery enough to go down fully. Got stuck twice on the loop slides and ended up colliding with two people since the slides were not guarded.

Aska Lara was an exceptional hotel, the staff were amazing and incredibly professional. The facilities were fantastic and the resort is incredibly big that there is so much to do and see. The shuttle service was great (came every 5-10 mins) and was so handy at getting you to the beach. The food was great because there was so much variety so there is something for everyone. I really liked that the hotel was constantly serving snacks, drinks, ice creams and other little treats. I would definitely return to this hotel and would definitely recommend it to others.

There wasn’t much that I didn’t like because the hotel is exactly how it markets itself. I would maybe say that there isn’t much going on in the night after 10pm and the Lara area is full of resorts so there isn’t much local night life either without having to travel.

It’s nice, huge and clean place. Didn’t get bored much and has lots of sitting areas to chat and roam around.

Receptionist was little rude about everything. I gave my passport with visa inside it and searching for it. I asked her to check if it’s under the table but she was really rude and she called me that she has it with her and didn’t even apologise. Also had a bad time with this! Same person didn’t respond to other queries properly or seems rude
