The hotel has clean big rooms , delicious food and available snacks everywhere, the pools are clean ,the shows every night were very fun

The luna park for the kids is not working good and the trees around is not well maintained

the cleanliness and the spacious rooms , the water park was amazing and organized and safe. The staff are helpful and there are plenty of activities to do. the pools are clean with a lot of choices. A lot of play activities for all.

The food was repetitive everyday , also the dining area hygiene wasnt great . The staff need to know more english. The bathrooms need to be cleaner and need to have more waiters at the food areas. I had to use the clinic and they only have a nurse , when they called the doctor they are charging 130 Euros and then they took me to the hospital and i paid 660 euros for Pediatric visit , complete story rip off.

Crowding

This was our second time staying at Royal Seginus, and once again, it was an amazing experience for me, my wife, and our two kids. From the moment we arrived, the staff made us feel welcome and well taken care of. At check-in, we asked for an upgrade to a sea view room, and thanks to the kind help of Dilar at the reception, we were given a beautiful room with a fantastic view – it really made our stay extra special.The facilities at the hotel are excellent and perfectly suited for families. What truly stands out for us each time is the Kids Club. My children had such a great time there, and it was clear how much effort and care the staff put into making it fun, safe, and engaging. A special mention to Yasmin, who is such a wonderful and caring person – my kids absolutely adored her, and as parents, it gave us so much peace of mind knowing they were in such good hands.The hotel’s location is also very convenient, which adds to the overall comfort and enjoyment of the stay.In short, Royal Seginus has exceeded our expectations both times we visited. From the friendly and professional staff to the wide range of facilities and the exceptional kids club, it’s the perfect place for a family holiday. We’ll definitely be coming back again!

The lunch options didn’t feel as strong or varied compared to the excellent breakfast and dinner.During lunchtime only, a few restaurant staff members seemed a little tired or overwhelmed, so the service didn’t feel quite as warm as at other times of the day.---Overall, these were just minor things in an otherwise fantastic stay

Its my 3rd time staying in Royal Seginus but this time (and thanks alot for Mr. Ahmet gulsoy) he gave us good deal to upgrade to superior suite and we really liked it very big one makes us feel so comfortable, we also liked the facilities in general, atmosphere, variety of people staying there (mostly Europeans) , variety of food, pools , beach

Well I expected they add more activities in their programs but it didn’t. Also unfortunately we missed the foam pool party because its only one day in the week , maybe its better to make it twice a week

Service is excellent staff are well trained with a smile for everyone on their faces

There was smell in the restaurant, food was cold, staff were rude, if you are not Turkish or Russian they became mean, Wi-Fi was bad, the noise from other rooms,

We strongly advise against booking your stay at this resort. Despite having paid $4400 USD for a 5-day stay, we were thoroughly disappointed with our experience here. As seasoned travelers accustomed to staying at similar resorts and hotels at least twice a year, we can definitely confirm this has been the worst experience of our traveling endeavors. The staff's conduct towards us was highly problematic, severely impacting our overall experience. Unfortunately, the majority of individuals employed here are not remotely pleasant towards foreigners, let alone offer common courtesies such as a simple greeting. Instead, we were consistently met with disdainful gazes and harsh communication.Making matters worse, we faced extreme difficulties using our Mastercard for payment, a method which has never caused us issues before. This resort was unable to accept our card and even charged us twice for expenses. Our attempts to explain that our Mastercard was a credit and not a debit card, therefore having no pin numbers, fell on deaf ears. The resort's solution was to withdraw cash from an ATM, which we explained was impossible given withdrawal limits and amount needed. They then suggested we should do a wire transfer, which came as a shock to us. As consumers, we felt targeted and swindled by their insistent attempts to procure payment.Moreover, concerning the resort's amenities themselves, we were continuously pestered to pay for laundry services, despite informing the staff that we would pay during check-out instead. Their behavior towards us was unbecoming of a respectable establishment, with the staff exhibiting blatant disrespect towards paying guests. Not to mention, the food options were severely lacking; we noticed every meal was recycled, reusing leftovers and compounding it with fresh ingredients. Such practices are, in our opinion, unsanitary and unsavory for any guest to be subjected to.

Breakfast was not good at all.

This is the last day at this hotel, I like it so much so far. I’ve been to many places but I should say this place has the best employees ever. Specially from the Food and Beverage, waiters are always willing to help with everything and each of them are so kind. the room is always clean. Food is amazing. Spa services are one of the bests and they serve good drinks. It’s a price performance hotel I’d recommend to all of my friends. There’s a minor problem with the reception, they’re not as smiling and they could’ve answered the phone in a more professional way. Also, special thanks to Raman from animation who found the deck of cards and went all the way down to the amphitheater to get it for us. Definitely coming back to this hotel!

lifts, extremely crowded especially at meal times. I believe that I bought my stay from Booking.com at a high price and then a travel agent sold it at a very low rate, it was very obvious that it was sold at a discounted price.From the moment I stepped in the hotel I realised that it wasn’t what I paid for but when I asked at the staff in charge at check in who was one of the worst I ever met in a hotel told me I have to pay the amount for my whole stay and asked to deal with my agent if I wanted to change my dates… he was rude and I felt it was a scam and had to stay since he didn’t take any responsibility or discuss anything with me other than full payment.
