Alice Hotel Antalya

Overall rooms were good.

The location of the property is not good, Lara beach has private resorts and access to the beach from this hotel is too far.

Immaculate massive room, comfortable and contemporary furnitures, location is close to the beach and next to a mall. Safe environment. Worth the price as nearby hotels are triple the price.

The breakfast option was bland, nothing much I could eat from there apart from olives. No cereal, toast, muffins or eggs. No swimming pool.

Unpleasant staying

I did arrived to the hotel at 11 Am yet the rooms was not ready and the reception staff gave me one room although i have already paid for two rooms , and supposed the rooms would be booked for me , after one hour of waiting the provide me smaller room than I booked without balcony ,the AC control unit is not working, there was no electric kettle . In the end it was Unpleasant stay

The staff was very helpful and very kind. They assisted instantly whenever I asked for helpsThe standing was new and easy to access to rooms.

The balcony door was open and didn’t want to be closed which made me feel a little unsafe. I have claimed this but they told me there is no available room to change?The breakfast was very poor, the same every day and no coffee was served so if you are coffee addicted you need to bring it with you

Location, Breakfast was horrible just limited options and after 10am it’s impossible to find anything.

New facility, all air conditioners were working properly, no problems with electricity.In addition, they have agreement for free entry with the local private beach.

Breakfast should be more updated

Most pathetic breakfast i ever had.. the only i could eat was boiled eggs and for that too they told me not to take more than one egg ..

The staff here is friendly and helpful. I also like the location, it's in a shopping mall, which makes it kind of a unique experience :)

The rooms where not clean, dirty sheets and dirty towel, and after we asked them to clean it they bearly cleaned it and only changed the pillow sheets and the dirty towel was letf there.There was unbearable sewer smell in the toilet and it was unusable becouse of the smellThere was also some misinformation with bokking and they gave us a wrong roombut fortunately we only stayed one nightIf the room would be clean and the toilet would be usable then i would give this a 9/10 But it was far from clean.

Perfect place to enjoy summer vacation within few minutes of walk to beach. Not very expensive being on other side of beach. And surely shopaholic would love the kundu area.

There was just a summerblanket on bed we needed to ask more of them... Breakfast was not a buffet just a plate of soome pieces of bread, egg jam, cheese, chips and sausage. Noyhing for drink no coffee tea orjuice or water.

Scammers Scammers ScammersI got robbedWhen we arrived they told us your room will not be available until tomorrow we will give you another room and tomorrow at check in time approximately they will change your roomI went for a trip and when I got back to the hotel they told me your room has been changed and your luggage has been moved to the new room.When I checked my stuff my money was missingI had money for an upcoming trip to london in British Pounds and my money was 850 pounds and the clever thief made it 580 poundsWhen I informed the hotel they told me the housekeeping employee who moveed Your luggage has been terminated and is no longer working for us so we cannot give you your money back and this is not our problem

There was no pool,but the overall cleanliness of the Hotel,was very good.A lot of stores plus supermarket and pharmacy's nearby.

A very good brand new hotel.Perfect location.A VERY good mattress (that is important for me).There is a shuttle to the beach(great beach, better than all - inclusive ones). Free sunbeds and towels (and a bar - but you have to pay).Free water. A kettle and a fridge.Good Turkish breakfast.Good coffee from a coffee machine.Great staff - amazing waiters in the bar, especially a girl speaking Russian. Great people at the reception. Great driver of the shuttle.

The room was really big, and clean. the furniture is good and comfortable. I liked it very much. The personnel on reception and the maid were really very helpful and nice.

The smell in the bathroom. And there was a problem with the breakfast. The coffee machine didn’t work, and there was no milk for coffee. The personnel somehow brought the water to every other guest but not for me, at the same time they were smiling at me all the time. And there was Russian music which I really didn’t expect to hear in Türkiye.

Spacious rooms, helpful staff.

1. There was a nauseating smell in the room. We even had to change rooms. The new room had this odor only in the bathroom. I don't know what was happening or how temporary the situation was, but it was unbearable.2. The breakfast was very poor.

I arrived at the hotel at 11am and they accepted it. I could also stay at the hotel until 7pm on the day of departure. Very responsive administrator, thank you very much! Rooms are cleaned daily. Very comfortable bed. The shuttle bus takes you to different beaches every day (Lara beach, Kundu Halk beach, etc.). In addition, the public beach is a 10-minute walk away, where you can go at any time. There are free sunbeds, shower, WC. The hotel is located in the same building as a shopping center (also a pharmacy). Migros is nearby. A quieter area. From the airport with Uber >500 lira. Bus stop in front of the house.

Breakfast is monotonous, but filling.
