Clean, comfortable beds , breakfast good

The location was very very very bad And there are no staff in the hotel except the security man he helped us with the luggage and there were no food to eat just pizzas ,Ana’s the hotel was very very quit and boring .I think I will not being there next year

From check in to check out It was perfect the girl at the front desk is super polite and welcoming as well as the man at the evening The breakfast was very good and the staff are very welcoming Super clean hotel thanks to the cleaning staff All means the hotel is well managed

That it is fairly clean

The staff are rude and unprofessional at all timesThe way they talk and the way to help is 100% rude and lack of experience Plus the greeting with the name of for the previous guest in our room was still there when I stayed in my room

excellent, brand new hotel. The receptionists were very helpful. We actually extend our stay for additional 3 days. close to the airport and shopping malls.

Close to the mall and airport great for layover

Staff were very friendly and helpful. Also, the location was close to the airport and the old town that made our last night enjoyable and easy.

Good breakfast. Clean rooms. Friendly staff. Secure car park. 10 minutes from airport.

Was conveniently located for me, very nice staff, good food. Room was specious and clean.

The food menu might have had a bit more variety.

The wind bas blowing strong when i got to the hotel and the wind was making a lot of noise under the windows..

New clean hotel, staff in the restaurant on breakfast, breakfast is also ok

First of all night shift staff. I came at 11 pm with a small dog (3kg). I’ve paid for the room 100€ and for the dog 80€ that’s weird! We traveling a lot and never faced such situation! The guy from the reception from the night shift said that if you don’t like it I can cancel your booking and you can go to another hotel! For that money I didn’t get even a bowl for the dog (usually when hotel takes payment they should offer everything) but this time they didn’t have it bcs another dog destroyed it wtf?? And also a safe box didn’t work, so we were waiting until 23.40 that it will be fixed by 2 different people instead of going to sleep. So, almost 200€ for a night in a hotel with such an attitude and located somewhere between roads and current construction sites I don’t know, your choice

The staff were phenomenal. The breakfast was like a resort. The price was very competitive.

We wanted to stay somewhere near the airport and Hampton by Hilton was excellent choice. Everything was comfortable, clean, stuff was professional and friendly, breakfast was tasty and started early, so we had it before our journey at 7 am.

We liked everything

I had to book a room last minute after missing a flight connection. It was clean and comfortable for one night.

The room was too hot. It had not been aired and a mosquito was in there. I had bad stings the next morning.

New development location sucks nothing around. Taxis looping around too much to find the entrance.Staff are rude and not very helpful at all.

Breakfast was good

The additional price for the pet was a surprise for me (1000 TL)In the morning receptionists were very bad in English. The room was too small for 3 persons

Clean, modern and new so it was very nice. Staff was very helpful and breakfast was great!

Address didn’t take us to hotel in google maps - difficult to find.

Close to the airport

- dirty everywhere - was vomiting for two days after having a breakfast in this hotel :( ate nothing else that days so I know for sure that the reason is something that I ate on breakfast - too small room- too hot- nobody helped us with a luggage even after they promised

Very helpful and friendly staff, Buşlding and room so clean and Everything you need for a quality sleep is available. 5 stars breakfast.

Excellent location near the airport exactly what we were looking for agree a long day of travelling. Comfortable beds and clean rooms. I would recommend this hotel. Price for one night was bit on higher side. We stayed in Double tree by Hilton (city centre)for three nights after this and we paid really good price for that. Rooms very huge compared to this one.

Prices could be more affordable.
