Mardan Palace

Food was absolutely delicious. The variety and quality were outstanding. Staff were quite nice and helpful. Location was perfect. With private beach and huge swimming pool. As a family, we had a blast.

The food was delicious and there was a lot of choices, the out door swimming pool is huge and nice .

When we checked in they gave us different room that requested and when we asked to that room they gave us downgraded room and when I said to the guy on the reception I’ll leave a bad review for that he said as u wish !!!!

We loved this hotel. All the amenities and services and restaurants were fantastic! We loved hanging out by the pool, on the beach and enjoying all of the games they provided at the resort.

Nothing, it was great!

I had a great experience with the dining staff during both breakfast and lunch. Eren and Seyithan were especially attentive, kind, and professional. They always greeted me with a smile and made sure everything was perfect throughout the meal. Their thoughtful service and warm attitude really made a difference and added a personal touch to my stay. Thank you, Eren and Seyithan, for your hospitality!

What could've been better would be if it was actually ME that made this reservation and went to this place. I was a victim of cyber theft on July 3rd and some thief made SEVERAL reservations on my booking.com account.

Very clean, nice food and restaurants

The kids activities are not good. The entertainment team are not good, night shows are boring

The moment you enter, it's as if you have entered a world of opulence, extravagant, and exceptional quality the hotel has a regal and old-world charm that blends the use of wood, marble and gold. To say the lobby is grand is an understatement as is every bit of this hotel yet, when you explore the facilities you will never feel claustrophobic, hurried or finding yourself in a crowd, the grounds are spectacular from front facade and entrance to the 4 acre swimming pool, the staff were beyond amazing, always attentive happy and swift and never intrusive they couldn't be more helpful everyone from the valet, concierge and waiting staff...which they have many..!! Every person and choice of drink is catered for...want a redbull at 11pm? no problem head to the lobby and sit in the gloriously furnished seating with grand piano where you can find a patisserie with whatever your heart and stomach desires my favourites were the san Sebastian cheesecake, creme brulee, and éclairs with caramel..all made in house of course.!...I haven't even got to the good bit yet...we were lucky to be upgraded to a duplex with jacuzzi and sea view so all of our family could stay together and early checkin was no issue (Thank you to the most beautiful and hospitable host faryar)..and finally the food ...WOW the food....my daughter has a dairy allergy. The head chef would literally have food prepared JUST for her and made sure we all her requests were granted it really was like rubbing the genie lamp but we had more than just three wishes.....I only had one wish and that was to go back over and over and over again....thank you for memories ....AS

Like::: food was very good quality. Shower in the room was good.Dislike:: bar service very slow 30 min average for a gin & tonic .main pool bit shabby eg:tiles missing/cracked.Fountains not working. Entertainment was poor.Head board in bedroom stained. Carpet on the main staircase frayed.

Family of 5 from UK. We had a great time here. From when we arrived, served drinks and we had a speed check in. We were allocated our guest assistant for the duration of our stay Sabrina and also a dedicated WhatsApp group that Sabrina and Aziz were on and available to deal with our requests all the way. The reception staff Nur and Iryna were also polite and welcoming. Food was really good, different variety, and fresh and good healthy meals available for breakfast, lunch and dinner. We only ate in buffet and bistro. All. Dining staff were at our service, taking our plates and bringing drinks. The swimming pools were big and clean. So many pools. We also had pool access to our duplex room. The spa smelt so nice and was relaxing. We had a Turkish Hamamm bath and massage. Ildar at the spa attended to us and gave us good package deal. Sophia and her team were also polite and welcoming. We had Cetim and Kasim as our bath and massage team and they did a fantastic job. We left feeling very refreshed and body clean and relaxed. All the staff we met where friendly and attentive and always ready to help We would like to visit again. Thank you :)

No one's fault just a note - Disabled air-conditioning for winter time. Central heating all through. Some of us like the cold and air conditioning. It was hot for us. Will be nice to have a choice on air-conditioning temperature in some rooms so we can book into that room

Huge pool great staff comfortable beds

everything is very clean staff are very polite and understanding for a family hangout it is a truly 5 star facility

The breakfast and dinner was amazing

The attitude of the assistant supervisor who was called Aziz, he made me feel terrible and talked over me and almost called me a liar. I was not happy with the beach sun lounges being not enough and told him about my unsatisfaction. He told me he will get some of the lounges ready by moving people's stuff away. I said I don't want this as me and my partner didn't want to argue with people. He said that's the only option and they can't do anything else. He talked to me as if he was fighting with me and it affected my holiday badly. So do not expect to get those nice lounges on the pictures as you need to pay EUR 180 per day for them and prepare to get up in the morning at 7 am to put your towels on the ones that will get full by 10 am!

Everything was exceptionally fantastic, from the room to the pools to the beach to the water park to the kids' play area. They are very helpful and really friendly.

Staff were friendly and helped out across all of the restaurants and bars, although some were a little tired for sure. Guest assistance staff are also really good. Giant property with a gigantic pool.

Not even close to Luxury. This is no way a 5 star. The service just isn’t there.Reception staff are cold and unreceptive with bare minimum English. You’ll have to call several times for absolutely anything. The most you’ll hear is “No”. The food is just Okay. So are the drinks and snacks. The worst is the music. God awful music playing all day long till really late in the night. Rooms aren’t sound prof enough and you’ll feel the thumps nonstop. This was absolute misery.Decor is messy and tacky all throughout. Carpets are heavily stained.

The lobby was lovely. The buffet breakfast and lunch were also great.

Our room smelt really bad. Like dead fish. Our room was never turned around and cleaned daily to a standard I would expect. The spa reception were not very friendly. The pool had algae all around the edges.

Beautiful place, great food, great all inclusive plan, very clean, beautiful view....

Some time very unpleasant hotel employees especially in the reception. Shame that in 5* hotel, where the most of the travelers are not Turkish, waiters in the restaurant which is open 24/7 doesn't speak any other languages then Turkish. Couple times had a problem with ordering food there. Some paid things in the hotel are really overcharged even that hotel itself is already high priced.

Everything. Excellent facilities, excellent service, excellent food. Lots to do during the day. Loved it there.

Maybe the a la carte restaurants could be better. It felt very rushed and the selection was small.

Very attentive service, clean and incredible interior and decor of the whole hotel and room.Amazing room - we stayed in the deluxe room. It has jaquzzi bath as well as a powerful shower. Lots of places to drink and eat on site.Great facilities including indoor pool, outdoor pool, beach area with sun loungers, bowling, lounge area for drinks, lobby area to sit, shops etc.

With such a huge variety of food, it is difficult to get everything to a high standard. Personally I felt some of the hot food quality could be slightly better tastewise and also the pastries too. Some pastries I tried were not to my taste (croissants, cheesecake etc). Also we told the hotel before hand that we were coming here for a special occasion, but nothing special was done during our stay. The games room is amazing, but a handful of the arcade machines dont work.
