This is one of the best resorts in Antalya. The swimming pool has a remarkable design. The quality of the food is superb and matches all tastes. The staff are like bees in a beehive, very energetic and friendly just to satisfy the residents.

I really liked the all inclusive package as there was ample of options to choose from the food and specially the bars and food corners near the pools

the food ( quality , Quantity , and varieties ) breakfast , launch and dinner was really amazing , I wish if there is rating more than 10/10 I will rate it more than 10. the lobby space and comfort and service is very well organized .

I would not say ( I did not like ) but I prefer to say ( if possible to upgrade or renew the bed mattress ) otherwise everything is OK

The guest relation manager Mr Selcuk was so helpful and nice in making sure I was comfortable by transferring me to their other hotel. Royal seginusThe chef and waiters at the restaurant were amazing. Nice and friendly with lovely smile. Good food, tasty. They would also advise on amazing choice.

On both hotels, staff members are not friendly, barely smile, or engage in conversation. Only the restaurant staff were amazing. No activities.All inclusive, but you can't take to your room. I don't understand why. If you had to , then you pay for room service. However, other hotels have an option for free room service during this less busy season (winter).Free mini bar was filled up only once out of 4 days spent. The service guy also had an attitude.Upon check-out from Royal seginus, I asked for assistance with my luggage, after 5 minutes waiting for my luggage, and taxi was waiting for me, I had to go to the room and get all by myself only for the guy to tell me, he didn't see my luggage (2 cabin bags, 1 23kg trolley and 1 back pack) something that large/much. Anyways, it is what it is.

Staff were exceptional. Everything about the property was fantastic. From the lobby to the pools and aqua park and beach.

The staff in the dining room were fantastic! Despite having 100% occupancy, they gave personalized service and ensured we got drinks, tea/coffee or whatever we asked for with a smile.

They seem to be understaffed. As a result, when we called for laundry services, nobody came. Similarly with Room service. For a plumbing issue in the bathtub, we called 3 times and nobody came. Finally we had to go down to the reception and raise our voices. Also, dinner buffet was until 9 PM. By 8:45, they started clearing up everything, so if you came for dinner at 8.30, the chances of getting a refill or dessert was remote.
