The location, the terrasse of the room, the calm, the cleanliness the breakfast (quality products), the staff (helpful and efficient),

the mattress was comfortable but the bed sheets were slippery because of the material

the location was great near everything

the staff was not friendly, I forgot my makeup bag there and I called to ask about it, they were not very coperative

The restaurant is not what is used to be. We’ve been customers for over 30 years. Do not go to this restaurant.

I like the property because it’s near everything just by walking

Safety reasons a guess in the hotel was able to open my room with his keys and the staff couldn’t figure it out how that happened it’s was creepy

Usual good Ibis standard in excellent middle of town location. Good brasserie in the same building. Some hotel parking - take care narrow entrance! Montargis is a town of some historic and architectural interest with some attractive canals running through the town.

Nice central location in the town with good options for local amenities. Breakfast was good, rooms were basic but nice and tidy. Was good value for money.

Staff very helpful. Secure parking bikes and car. Central position. Breakfast included bacon and scrambled egg !

Disappointing

Air con did not work .. staff seemed uninterested. Size of rooms were very small. They wouldn’t serve coffee on tera e on Sunday morning after 12.

The restaurant was very good and staff efficient. Good choice of food.

The staff at reception upon check-out was pretty unsmiling. We had a problem with double payment with the VAT which we called about, they were pretty unhelpful...subsequently we had the VAT reimbursed without any explanation.

The hair conditioner was not good !!!

The clerk on arrival could have been a little more forthcoming when asked about directions. I had asked about a map of the area, and was told to go to the office du tourisme (not a good answer) for one. She wasn’t able to tell me about going around the roundabout and follow the street directions! Thank goodness for our gps!

We found this hotel to be spot on for our requirements. Easy to check in, lift to floors, storage in their garage for our bicycles, comfortable bed, well laid out room with a place for bags and clothes and a functional bathroom, desk to work and good WiFi. Air conditioning was a plus and would be needed when hot but it was cool when we stayed. We didn’t have breakfast. It’s also very quiet and we slept well.

The bar area was a bit slow and it would be nice to get a hand towel as well as bath towels.

Wonderful location right on the square overlooking the all the flowers and rivers. It was also very quiet with a very secure underground car park. Good value breakfast as ever with Ibis and clean rooms.

We arrived on a Monday evening and the restaurant wasn't open, but then again neither were most of teh other restaurants in Montargis!

It’s in a very central position and the girl on reception gave us a big smile and a welcome.

we’ll located, clean room and facilities and helpful staff

The location is excellent, right in the town, but not noisy. The clean room was small but ready before check-in time. We were traveling with a VW Bus and could park in the yard. Important, as most of the garages in the town are not high enough.

The room was in an Annex through a questionable yard. The bathroom was a built-in plastic structure. There were only bath towels. The room is equipped with a carpet, which is outdated these days. The room was so small that you could hardly get through between bed and wardrobe.
