A nice place in Pigadia, Karpathos. Clean rooms and quite spacious. Good location to explore the area on foot and close to some really nice beaches if you have a car like Amoopi and Ahata. Friendly staff and also a good breakfast was included in the price.

It can be a bit noisy if there is music or kids playing around due to its central location. But nothing too extreme.

Good size room and comfortable bed. Good views from balcony (room 310). Breakfast included.

Bathroom fittings could do with upgrading - bit rusty.Bathroom door bit tatty Everything worked fine tho.

The location is really good. The room and common spaces were clean.

We asked for room service for two consecutive days and we never got it. Our check in was delayed for 1 hour without being notified. The breakfast was mediocre. The photos in the website were not representative of the real rooms and facilities.

The location is great. Walking distance from the Karpathos port and surronded by a lot of restaurants and shops

My bedding was not so clean. I found dust and hair under my sheet but I did not contact them. The breakfast was 1/5.

Location was great, room with wonderful sea view which we enjoyed.Really comfortable beds and pillows.New air conditioning units.

Needs some updating, especiallythe bathroom shower, also needed a new fridge in our room, was dripping water as the freezer part was full of ice.Breakfast could be better, was repetitive, could have better quality cereal and juice, maybe some croissants, some whole fruit bananas, apples etc.A toaster would be good too.

The hotel is based very close to the harbour which makes it extremely attractive for those staying at Pigadia. The room we have received was clean and had a beautiful view towards the seafront. The staff was very friendly and offered us a good experience. I would definitely recommend this place for everyone that wants to have a base in Pigadia. The price was very attractive and offered us exactly what was promised.

The breakfast buffet is pretty limited + the bathrooms could use some refreshement. Everything was clean however it was visible some things are screaming to be replaced.

The hotel lies perfectly wothin the town. You can walk to all shops and restaurants. We had a room in the 2nd floor with a fabulous view over the harbour. Nice pool area. Breakfast was ok, but every day the same.

The bathroom. Defenitely. It needs a renovation, quick if possible. Shower isn't nice.

No sachets, tea bags etc. But only there 1 night. Sea view rooms are available and should be booked for longer stays.

First, I asked for a room on a high floor & that was given (with combined pool & sea view) Perfect! Second,the staff were friendly and helpful and really tried to ensure that guests were happy :) Third, the pool was lovely and the beds very comfortable. The quiet but central location was just right. Finally, we were allowed to leave luggage & use hotel facilites after checkout. We really enjoyed our stay and woudnt't hesitate to return.

People put their towels on sunbeds and left them almost the whole day even when going away from the pool área for several hours. I think this is a little unfair to other guests that surely want to enjoy the pool ... The breakfast could have been a little more exciting.

Location was close to the harbour, restaurant and shops. Swimming pool was good. Beds were great.

No hot water in the evening for a shower. Fridge door wouldn’t close, the hairdryer had one temperature ‘too hot’ and the breakfast was the same everyday.

We stayed at this hotel in 2019 and we simply loved it, we even gave it an 8,8 rating back then so imagine the surprise factor when we saw how fast and how far it has backslid in just three short years.A lot of things were falling apart in the room - the door knobs, handles, shower curtain, curtain rail, ... - all came falling down with the slightest touch. The plastic-made shower head's surface had flaked so much that it cut my face while showering.Water pressure was close to zero so showering and flushing the toilet were a serious challenge.While the room was generally clean, the toilet obviously had not been brushed for a long time and it was not a good sight.The A/C in the room had its own mind, whatever temperature we set it to, it would just start blowing freezing air after a while. We literally set it to 30 degrees one day just to see what would happen and woke up to freezing air. Both of us fell sick because of it, had to start taking cold medication, and wasted 3-4 days of our week-long vacation.We also spent two sleepless nights staying awake when the room was all of a sudden filled with a water dripping sound that was amplified with an echo. Drip, drip, drip, drip, drip,.. all through the night. Torture.While all this is already enough to question why we paid to have such an uncomfortable stay, the host's lack of sense of accountability did not help ease the torture. The guy ran away from taking any responsibility and any action like he's running away from fire. He puts so much effort into not lifting a finger, comes up with so many excuses and continuously attempts to change the subject to tell a too long life story. Since we couldn't go far due to being queasy on cold medication, this guy turned into our entertainment: we started betting on how long his monologue would be this time around, what excuse he'd come up with to avoid solving a problem, how many times he'd mention an ex-girlfriend,...
