Very clean und beautiful place - the privat pool was a highlight for us, especially with small kids.The staff was friendly and helpfull. We really enjoyed our stay!

Markus was extremely kind and flexible: he gave us a room in the early morning to rest after our flight, even if the check-in time was later. He also left us our room on our departure day to shower and pack until after lunch. Room service came every other day, quite rare for this kind of apartments. Very kind stuff, and stunning location in front of Devil's Bay. Will definitely try to come back.

The bed was comfortable and the place had plenty of room. The staff was also kind enough to set up a rental car to be delivered as I didn't realise how much you need one on the island.

Didn't meet a single actual staff member. Informed the villa ahead of time I would be an hour early and received no reply. Once the intended reception opening time came around and no one was there I tried calling and messaging again to no answer. Nearly 40 minutes later someone finally called back and told me to walk to my apartment where the keys were in the door, something they definitely could've messaged ahead of time. The actual place looked like it was a rush job that was half constructed. The bathroom door couldn't shut, there were exposed wires and piping and other signs of poor construction.I was given a room with a pool outside but I couldn't even get to it as the doors were completely broken off of its hinges and jammed. The pool itself looked like it hadn't been cleaned for a while so I avoided it. The jammed open door meant the whole place had lots of bugs and dust throughout it which was more unpleasant.

Staff is terrible and doesn't care about guests:- Barely any communication. Sent a message on booking a week before my arrival: no reply. Called twice half hour before arrival, no reply. Half hour later i text and finally someone tells me that the keys are at the door so i get in. Wasted an hour waiting for them.- I was put in the basement. They have no pictures of this apt online. It's a lot more spartan and simple than the others, plus no nice view. They had that building and a few others completely empty, yet I was put in the basement.- They just care about money, not guests.I needed to stay 2 days extra days. Since when I said it, they started harassing me with "you need to pay" in all forms. Texting, leaving messages on the table and showing up at the door. I have been contacted 4 times for this. Despite i had already paid, because they dont even communicate between each others. When instead I asked to have some cleaning after a week of no cleaning and 5 days of no trash retrieving with 30 degrees i had to beg them.- No mosquito nets despite being in the countryside. All sorts of bugs and mosquitoes get inside.- My apt was poorly equipped, not even soap dishes. Shower was leaking. Ants everywhere, even in the bed. If you call yourself luxury villa.......

We have found our hotel on this fantastic island.A hotel with a class that beats all the others in all categories by far.The modern and stylish apartments with the sober colors and light wood are similar of the Scandinavian style, this makes us really feel at home.And we have probably never felt more welcome to a hotel before with the warm and opend harted reception we received from the amazingly beautiful Mina, you made us feel at home from the first moment.We will always stay here when we are visiting our favorite island Karpathos.Sara & Andreas from Sweden

Very nice location, next to windsurf centers, sea-view, quiet.

no amenities near by, need your own transport to go to restaurants, markets etc.if it is not windy enough, there are mosquitos - most of the time it is windy though :)the establishment is expanding and soon some rooms might not have the same nice sea-view
