The only good thing about the property is probably the pool. However even by the pool there is no service - no towels, no staff around, sun beds are dirty.

Terrible service. From the moment we arrived, the reception guy seemed to be pretty rushed, he quickly took us to the room without introducing anything in the facility and left. We didnt feel welcome whatsoever. Also there is only him speaking English!The hotel is right next to the main road so you can hear the noise of cars all the time! It doesnt feel quite or romantic whatsoever. The rooms are said to be sound proof, however we could still hear cars, and our room was right under reception. Every time someone would walk there we could hear the ceiling shaking and cracking!In the evening we came for dinner, and ordered chicken grill and chicken shish. Since it was already getting dark and light was dimmed we actually didnt look at the food properly when eating, however we kept on wondering how can chicken be so rough. Half way through I started to look through chicken leg and have realized to my horror - IT WAS RAW! Like fully raw on the inside! We called immediately the staff and he said it was our fault as we asked to put less oil on chicken and thats why its not cooked properly. He then continued to tell us that we cannot complain after we had already eaten some. He and the staff were disgraceful.We asked to talk to a manager, and he advised us that owner is here but that the owner has said that he does NOT want to speak to us. Thats absolutely unheard of. He was super rude. The owners never even said hi or waived at us.The staff kept asking us well what do you want me to do about this now before disappearing and never coming back. They didnt charge it for dinner, but we honestly left starving and really worried about our health.We have asked to refund us one night, as we dont trust them anymore and it literally ruins our vacation. The staff left and literally never got back to us about this. We have even contacted booking.com customer service but as per them property hasnt responded a word!We picked up our bags and left next morning.

The only positive thing about the house was the view to the sea from the pool

1. I called them 1 month prior before booking, and asking if the house is private and isolated 100%, since Im wearing hijab. They said, yes it is. We arrived to the hotel, and found out that the left side of the pool is fully available to see our pool from the restaurant and terrace where customers are eating and dining. We told them that this is not as we were told, and they were saying that they never have claimed something like that to their customers. I suggest that they check the questions that they have received from customers in booking, two guests have asked if the rooms are private and isolated, and they have written, yes it is 100% private and isolated and cant be seen by others. They are saying this just to attract and sell, because they know that hijabis wont book that kind of a hotel since it is not private and isolated.- The picture that I attached, is the view from the restaurant/ terrace where customers are eating, to our room. Imagine how it would have been if those umbrellas were not there. Do you think its private and isolated if the umbrellas were not there? We said to them, that they had to find a solution. But they were looking at us saying, that they were not able to do something. We proposed to them saying that they have to bring some big umbrellas that can cover the pool. Finally, they managed to find umbrellas and then we ourselves had to find some more minor solutions with our beds linen and blankets to cover the smaller spots.2. They are only showing the perfect sides of the hotel but they are showing or explaining about the way to the hotel. The roads are very dangerous.3. They told us that every morning, between 6am - 8am, they will clean the pool. But this was not the case, we woke up in those hours to check, but the same dirt was still in the pool. We told them that we would like to have cleaning in the pool, and they kept saying that they already cleaned it. It ended with us cleaning the pool by ourselves.4.

The suite I reserved includes a private pool, which was advertised as having a picturesque sea view. However, the pool is currently surrounded by tall trees that obstruct the intended view.

The room very small, no tv screen, no tea kettle, no sea view no ocean view no any facilities, over that the reception very rude also the air conditioning not working as you see in photo

The private jacuzzi on the balcony was so nice. Bed was very comfortable. Bathroom spotless. Staff went all out for our anniversary evening, put our own table, nicely decorated with balloons and fresh garden flowers on it by the pool to watch the sunset, provided a bottle of Prosecco, made a cake and the kind waiter made a short video and sent it to us.
