I loved everything about it, including the location, the vibes, the indoor pool, and the beach.

I requested a one-hour late checkout, but the hotel was inflexible and rejected my request without any explanation.

A beautiful, spacious and at the same time cozy and clean hotel with a relaxing atmosphere. I absolutely loved the lounge area, especially the chocolate and dessert bar. The cocktails in the bar were also fantastic. The staff are highly professional, warm, and provide genuinely friendly service. Breakfast was outstanding, with the Turkish breakfast at the Balkon restaurant on the second-floor terrace being a particular highlight.

I would have preferred if the hotel were closer to Fethiye, but the half-hour distance isn't too bad.

Loved the people working there, very polite and pleasant, and more importantly, well trained that made us feel we really were on a good vacation.

It says "Ultra" Inclusive but some meals are chargeable. They take downpayment from your credit card and not clear of refund is not 100%.

I haven't received exactly the desired room type (sea view) as expected , it was however partially sea view from a distance.

The biggest and nicest pool I’ve ever seen in my life, big cabana on the beach, lovely stuff (although they can’t say “no” even if they can’t provide requested thing, such as normal green tea for example), great food at the beach restaurant, good thing you can use sister hotel facilities

If you’re an early bird and get use to fall asleep earlier than midnight DON’T GO HERE. They have super loud music playing till 23:30 and all the rooms of the hotel are affected by this sound. It was a nightmare. Also air conditioner: it can be just super cold or super hot, nothing in the middle, +26 is freezing and it installed all over the bed. In other words - I didn’t sleep normally at this place during the whole stay.

Cannot recommend it and will not come back. We stayed 14 days. The pool which we enjoyed got progressively dirtier and dirtier with garbage floating around or catching in between your toes, clogged filters and yellow deposits on the tiles, and places with missing tiles grew mould. We asked for it to be cleaned in the reception but nothing happened. We stopped using it after getting rash. Our room also got progressively more dusty and grimy, our amenities never got replenished without asking and the room cleaning was random, sometimes happening at 9 in the morning sometimes nothing the whole day and just someone coming in to straighten our bed at 21:30 in the evening. The lady very obviously used the same dirty rag on the floor, the toilet seat, the table, the mirror while leaving dirty streaks on all mentioned. We were given badly washed and torn sheets several times. Evening service felt better than the one during the day. I must say we were delighted with Oguzhan refilling our water. In this price category, I do not expect to need to ask for the basics. We also kept tripping over garbage bags full of rubbish or laundry in the hallway where the smell of old food or something like vomit was not an exception.I am not sure whether we had one calm meal at the buffet without some loud landscaping going on around us - pressure washing around sunbathing and eating guests, loud lawn mowers etc. certainly not the stated "key to relaxation".The staff doesn't speak much English and you are very strongly expected to tip, in some cases for the basic things, which felt awkward and not very ultra all-inclusive to me as we felt pressured to get cash - again not relaxing.

Also, the hotel is cruel to the cats who keep it clean of mice, it doesn't provide even basic healthcare and castration or a bit of food. So if looking at emaciated cats with a choice of injuries which are very obviously suffering does not improve your appetite I again can't recommend it. Cats are part of Turkie we don't want to see them suffering and we don't want to see them suspiciously disappearing either!! And I don't care about city regulations which I saw under other reviews I know it can be done right if you could be bothered I have seen it in other places in Turkiye. Give them hotel branded collars and they will enchant the guests.Also mentioning the food, it is about supermarket packaged quality, sometimes rancid nuts or tired sour fruits, except the one night per week when they cook Turkish cuisine which is good and the omelettes from the lady in the buffet which are superb. The rest of it is tasteless or with so much salt it peels your tongue and that is across all speciality restaurants and the buffet as they rotate whatever food was made that week across the venues. We ended up going to the buffet with the children anyway to have at least some choice.The hotel dropped all hygienic measures except the hand sanitisers around the premises which no one uses. The waiters would grab the straws and put it in the drink with bare hand with which they collect dirty dishes and also handle the money etc. everyone is free to sneeze and contaminate whatever food there is as they please and you bet the children do. We were leaving with some sore throat and some virosis, consistent with more children coughing as the time went.

If you are looking for a relaxing vacation, this is the section of the hotel to stay in. It would really exceed your expectations. Service was exceptional, and everyone was friendly and spoke English and helpful. Food was outstanding with different food selections every day. The main restaurant is open 24/7, and being an all-inclusive resort but not in an open buffet (you sit and they take your order) is a bonus. Also, they have 2 other restaurants in this part of the hotel where you can dine in but require reservation a day in advance. Also, you can dine in the restaurants in the other part of the hotel (the non-adult one). As for the beach, it is stunning, but I would recommend you get swimming shoes (there are rocks at the beginning of the shore only) but didn't bother me as they were soft stones. Water was cold for us. You would find sun beds, wasn't an issue but if you want to stay in Cabana, you would be required to book in advance even before you arrive (it's chargeable around 85 Euro, I think). The pool was really nice to relax in.Music throughout the day is all relaxing soft music, which was lovely. The spa was on point whereby they had experienced therapist from Bali. As for the night, this part of the hotel had a singing band every day by the beach bar from 9:30 to 11:30 and that is it for the activities. Again, this is a relaxing place and perfect for that purpose only. However, you do have full access to the Sister Hotel next door, whereby they have plenty of activities such as a sport bar and a stage with different shows every day. As for the rooms, they were really comfortable and sizable and new. On a side note, don't forget to ride the jet ski, it was a nice experience in the hotel (chargeable) All in all, I would highly recommend this place.

Would of loved if they had better arrangment for outside activities such as boat trips (they were limited and expensive and arranged by a third party, not the hotel) As for me, I arranged a boat trip from booking.com, which was cheaper and beautiful. Same for the airport pickup/drop-off, the hotel provides the service but double the price you can find in booking.com

Great staff and all inclusive services. Excellent food and service. Both the rooms and the building are superb.

Communication between rooms is a little noisy. You can hear the concerts in the evening too. One small negative point was the equipment for sport activities, especially the tennis rackets and balls.

We had a really wonderful stay at The Residence. From the room, to the pool, the food, … literally everything was perfect! Special shoutout to the staff and waiters, who were extremly friendly and polite.It is also amazing that you are able to use all the facilities of the sister hotel. We didn’t want to leave!

Quiet environment for the Adult only. Friendly staff around. Handy service which makes you easy to ask for a quick favor. Good food choice.

To book activities like archery has to switch the app location to the neighbor hotel. Stuff in The Restaurant is not as friendly as the hotel.

It's a wonderful hotel with extremely attentive and charming staff. Many options and locations of food that you can never get bored of, during your stay. The only thing I felt a bit troublesome is that you have to reserve your spot in advance which is not a big deal if you put your mind to eat. You can eat at one among the many venue options they provide with bars located at different locations too. If you don't know what you want to drink, the bartenders will guide you with the best drink that you're gonna love. Towels are always in abundance and clean. Pools spotless. Lovely rooms and lovely beds. This is one among the best hotels I have ever been to. I am definitely definitely going back again to this place.

The good things are so much that you forget what was bad in this hotel.

Could be closer to the city of Fethiye, which is about a half hour drive south.There is not enough shade available during the day, mainly sunny spots around pool area.

The staff were very enthusiastic and we had a very happy two days here. The food in the restaurant is delicious. If you have an appetite, you can keep eating. Super happy

Resort was clean, meals and drinks were of relatively high quality. Staff were really nice. Resort is next to its sister resort which is a more traditional family resort, but this was nice because you also had access to all of those facilities.

Location around the hotel is not great a little rundown and or getting newly built, you need to get a taxi (cost around €15) into nearest town. We stayed in the resort 99% of the time so this wasn;t really a big issue.

Great resort! We stayed at the Lake House with swimming pool entrance and it was absolutely amazing! Very good food with 24/7 a la carte, great coctails, smiley polite staff, everything clean, nice beach - we enjoyed our honey moon to the fullest! We must come back for our anniversary! Thank you and special greetings to our buttler Bela - he was superkind!
