The towels and bed sheets cleanness was the issue.It has bad smell always.The receptionist gave me a room which was not as per my booking.

The service, staff, food and facilities were amazing. We truly enjoyed every second in Akra Fethiye.

The surrounding location isn’t very appealing however you don’t need to leave the resort !

Loved the cold open air swimming pool, choice of restaurants and excellent bedroom.

The electricity was dodgy with several outages without a clear explanation. There was some serious thunder and lightning but that would not explain everything.

The best and outstanding thing in this hotel is food whether in the morning breakfast or lunch or dinner, it’s very tasty I have been in many hotel but this one in terms of taste they are the best !!! The kids activities are pretty good too. Personnel are fluent in english which is not all the time the case in Turkish hotels, they are very joyful and welcoming. The basilic restaurant and the main restaurant they might have an excellent Chef cause all what we’ve eaten there was excellent and tasty.I would like to come back in summer and see how all this would be despite some minor matters we saw.

As soon as arrived at the room my wife have noticed an unpleasant sewer smell at times, which is highly unacceptable for a hotel of this standard.Sometimes we were actioning the button to get the housekeeper making the room ready but it was not so we have to call again and get out of the room for the housekeeper to clean it.So our first night dinner we were at Amber Restaurant, we waited over an hour for our meal. When we raised our concern, the response we received was simply: “We are full today, we are sorry.”While we understand that the hotel is at full capacity, a five-star establishment should be well-prepared to manage such a situation without compromising service quality.The day after, the poor service continued at the bar, where we waited at least 30 minutes just to receive a simple drink, especially frustrating as my young daughter was with me, making the wait even more inconvenient.Another point which I have highlighted on timely manner the fact the pool was not heated appropriately at the max 28 degrees ??The answer from the hotel was that the pool was at 26.5 degrees which is between the international standard 26-28Made my search and it’s says for children the pool should be at 30 degrees any way… it might be endless argument but I think they should have made it a bit warmer looking to our comfort than something else.Guests should be able to rely on well-maintained and properly heated facilities, especially during cooler weather.We noticed unfortunately a number of kids uneducated running everywhere during the show going on the stage while the show is running which is really unacceptable the ladies TUI team have tried many times intervening but we see the parents smiling to their kids end enjoying their life I can’t understand this mentality (I have 2 kids 5-7 years old and when the show starts they watch and when we call them they sit without being naughty …..

I got everything i expected from a 5 start hotel .Pools, restaurants, night meals... water activities, nearby attractions, clean facilities , very friendly barmen and restaurant stuff. excellent hammam and massage. Sweet perk was a small pool for the family room.

Pillows.. though when I mentioned that during checkout, I was told that they have different type of pillows... It is a bit strange because i would expect to be informed about these kind of options ahead of time. The stuff at front desk was "nice, nice ... not thrilling but nice"

The atmosphere, luxury hotel, very spacious in every where in the hotel, allot of choices in relation to the restaurant or food or swimming pool or coffee table, it is an amazing hotel

The property is vey well maintained and very beautiful. Staff behavior was also very welcoming.

Children indoor play area should be opened for more period

Special thanks to chef, food was fabulous, big choice and variety of dishes, very healthy and well served.Nice beach and garden, spacious and clean rooms, very helpful and well trained personnel.

1. Staff was very much cooperative.2. It was 10/10 clean. Also, it was cleaned on a daily basis.3. Your fridge and other items were refilled every day.4. Wherever you go, you will get a top class service.5. Snack bar right beside Basilico was very good.6. Basilico restaurant was good. I might say the best of the lot. I would rate Basilico 7.5/10 (I am very much choosy with the food).7. They arranged a good birthday party for my daughter and it was free of cost.8. Swimming pools and kids facilities were amazing (9.5/10).

1. Beach was not up to the standard. I would rather say that it was not as clean as other beaches in the fethiye or Oludeniz. 2. There were no room services for food and other stuff.3. Massage, spa, and everything else were not included in the package. You have to pay very big charges for all this stuff (100 to 200 euros to be minimum).4. Amber Restaurant was a sheer disappointment. I tried Amber restaurant late at night and then even for dinner. Both the times I left the place with none of the food eaten. It was all smelly and not well cooked. It was no way representation of Turkish cuisine.5. The restaurant has over 100 dishes, but even that was quite an average. 6. Remember Tao, Amber, and Basilico, you have to make the reservation beforehand. We didn't get any dinner reservations for Basilico and Tao. While Neoman, sunset, and others are paid restaurants.7. It was a perfect hotel for half of the total payment I made. Honestly, it has no value for the money in many regards. 8. The information given on booking.com was mostly wrong. Few questions at the end? Where was the spa, massage, and other stuff included? How come 6 restaurants were inclusive? Don't you think we deserved to get our money back for this scam by Booking.com?

Rooms are with more space and all furniture are new and the bed very comfortable, the balcony are wide with tables and chairs, the bathroom and shower very well designed, in the room sofa are very comfortable, and the tv was excellent with big variety and Arabic channels such as Aljazeera, the air conditioning was very excellent,the food in the restaurant was very delicious with big variety all restaurants served by a professional chef’s no single mistake, beache are very sandy and clean with all needed facilities , finally all staff are very friendly specially In the reception Mr. Yusuf was very gentle and speak Arabic very well which make's life easy for us.

Nothing to be mentioned

The Spa, the hotel room with sea view, the live music at the entrance bar. The food and restaurants were all very good.

There is not enough entertainment for teenagers or young adults, nor music playing during the day. It was extra quite like elderly house. The night shows were targeted only to English tourists which alienated the other quests. Moreover, it was targeting elderly English audiences. Although all restaurants were good but the Chinese restaurant was terrible were the food was ready made and cold and very spicy. The Sushi restaurant was paid on top of our Ultra Inclusive coverage.

Food was exceptional all round - always fresh and diverse.We chilled in the heated pool for hours getting drunk - lots of room and comfy areas with sun loungers around the pool.Always an extra clean room with friendly staff whenever and whatever is your need. EXTRA large balcony with two sun loungers and umbrella, two chairs and a coffee table. Great parking with ~ 50 spots in shade. Small markets across the road of the hotel.

We had server-like hardware in the ceiling which made a bit of noise. Around ~ 40min(depends on the traffic) drive to "Oludeniz" although the in and out of the hotel is pretty fast and not crowded at all.

The resort was very spacious with lots of activities throughout the day to keep everyone busy. Rooms were very clean and had everything we needed. Good variety of drinks on offer all day and night. Night time entertainment was great and a good variety, team were very professional.

We only managed to book one al a carte restaurant during our stay, despite visiting the reservation desk on the first day. It seems guests who were there for two weeks booked everything before we arrived. This was very disappointing as the restaurants looked nice. The buffet restaurant did offer theme nights, but eating in the restaurants would have been much nicer. Also the variety at the kids food station at the buffet was not great, no variety at all, as every evening had the exact same…… spaghetti, mashed potatoes and fries.

The breakfast ,Lunch and Dinner exceeds my expectations ,and I also believe that is applicable for any guest ,notice that this visit is our second time ,we stayed there in July 2022 ,and hopefully will repeat it again.The staff deals with the guests with a generosity, seems that are given directives from their management to do so.Yousuf at the reception was very helpful, answering all our inquiries in a very professional manner.

I really didn't notice things which I didn't like, there are always areas of improvement such as arranging coasters for guests to Fethiye down town possibly two times a day along with snacks and soft drinks.

It was a wonderful vacation; everyone was very helpful and friendly. The hotel’s medical team took great care of my daughter; they were so considerate that they even sent a gift to the room for her.Rooms are clean and the food is DELICIOUS.It’s a quiet, peaceful, compact, and relaxing hotel where you never feel the crowd. Perfect in every way.Beauty salon is also perfect!

My daughter didn't enjoy the kids club program. A program where they can play more freely would be better. Her English isn't very good, so she didn't understand most of what was being said, which made her upset. Free-time activities would be nice.

An amazing experience, highly recommend to anyone wanting a nice holiday. Staff very welcoming, polite and helpful from the receptionists to the bar staff to the waiters to the cleaners to the spa staff, making your stay an enjoyable experience. The food is top of the range with an array of options catering to everyone's needs. All in all a terrific holiday and im so thankful I came here

Gym could be a bit bigger

We truly enjoyed our stay! Among the main highlights was a great private beach with clean sea (but we were there at the beginning of June, so early session), very friendly and helpful personnel, variety of food at the main restaurant and dishes from different regions almost every dinner. The sushi at the a-la carte restaurant were also delicious, worth the price. The separation of the hotel into adult and family areas is also perfect! We were all adults so we appreciated this point because we normally enjoy quiet :)

Some small things that need improvement: we rented a cabana (a private space at the beach) for 80€, but there was only one guy who served everyone there, which sometimes led to errors and rather long waiting times. Since it’s a paid service and is in demand, more personnel is needed here. The food at free a-la carte restaurants varies in taste. There was no decent coffee machine at the place that serves only coffee and desserts.
