I liked the overall experience - it was just ok. Hotel is clean, Staff is nice and kind for the most part, facilities are nice and there is a lot of ameneties

Gym is very dated - 10-15 y old, 2 leg machines do not work others you can fix the seat, there is a golf cart driving people to rooms on the hill top - my father did not like that he is 75, did not want to walk or be driven in golf cart, or wait for the golf cart so i asked for a room change, went to reception multiple times and did not get an answer. Meals are well cooked, quality ingreedients but meals have changed very little for 12 days, same breakfast, same lunch same dinner - or similar.

The staff were great. The food was ok but on last night of our stay, it was amazing. The room we stayed at was quite nice and on the hill ( buggy was available all the time to take you up the hill and back) .

The only downside was that the outside pools were not heated so no use of those beautiful and clean pools. Food variety could be improved.

Good and helpful staff. Food and beverages was great the best part of the hotel beach and sea. I am realy looking forward to come back with my family again. The view is perfect.

Very happy with our stay at the hotel , our 4th time stay this was the best experience out of all , Gamze from reception was so helpful with our room needs , bellboys so was so helpful with our car park can’t thank them enough so from our family to yours (Yasmin Family ) Thank you All the stuff including the room service which cleaned our room daily

Wifi could be better , wasn’t good But didn’t really need that ,And rooms need a smart TvThat’s all

Beach

Only the rooms was refurbished. And nothing else in the hotel. I stayed there last summer and came back again with my family and friends and had 7 rooms in total. We were disappointed that the hotel wasn’t refurbished as mentioned to us apart from the room. Food was very basic and reparative. And there was 3 days on a row where we lost electricity for few minutes

Restaurants pools and beach

The manager Ezo was really helpful but all the staff was unprofessional and zero service minded.

The view

The seaview was very nice but expected.

For the first time ever, I was looking forward to going home from this resort. This place is not family friendly at all, with music playing until 12:30AM, my child could not go to sleep and was crying from being overtired. We were given rubbish rooms next to a kitchen restaurant with a balcony that flooded due to the poorly fitted water sprinklers. This was common throughout the resort. We were then given a new room but the facilities were not working. The shower would not drain, the vent was very poor in both bathrooms and smelt of damp. There was a jacuzzi that was unusable because when you tried to drain the water, the bathroom would flood. There is a common dirty drain smell inside the hotel which is everywhere you go.The staff were very hit and miss, mostly inattentive. The room service was really poor, the cleaning was not good and amenities were never replenished. We were not given the most basic amenities such as toothbrush and tissue, which is part of paying for an all inclusive. Furthermore, the build of the hotel is very bad, far away from all the main facilities unless you want to stay next to the kitchen where you will hear dishes and plates being banged around all day and night. Most of the staff don’t understand or speak English so it was very hard to communicate what we needed.The spa is very conniving, they were unwilling to let guests know that THE STEAM ROOM, SAUNA AND HAMMAM IS FREE TO USE. They always tried to sell you a package to use the spa but actually it is free, and the treatments aren’t very good. There is a woman at the spa, white with long blonde/white hair and a very bad facelift. She was very rude and racist towards coloured guests and looked down her nose if you refused to buy a treatment from the subpar packages. It was too expensive for what they were providing. The indoor pool is dirty and isn’t cleaned overnight apart from a chlorine treatment to the pool.

It is a beautiful hotel.great beach ⛱️ ?

The rooms are up in the mountains so you need to take shuttle to get there and it is not really available at night.There is not so many international people there and mostly local people staying there. Staff are not friendly. They look tired of tourists and they are not welcoming

It’s not the same room that I saw in booking pictures I didn’t like the food ( worst food, I have never seen in my life ) Bad service Bad location ( too far ) The air conditioner is no working at all even the restaurant too hot ( like a hamam ) this last force us to keep the balcony opened wish let us exposed to stinging insects Honestly it’s not a 5 stars hotel it should be 1 star or less In bar : no choices ( when you ask for something from the bar menu every time the barman said it’s finish . even though you ask it in the beginning of the day.In restaurants: every day, we find the same food too and too saltyAbout the dessert lot of same cake with different colore ? so x100 bad …I ll be stopping here cause everything is bad in that hotel

Exteremly dirty bathroom and shower. We asked for two tween beds but didn’t get them dirty towels no tissue box no soup dish Not good quality of food

My bed bathrooms shower. Room phone not working. Had to go a long way and two different elevators to the front fest to ask for everything Never had such an experience before

The facilities were great, lots of pools, tennis courts, private beach and a nice bar etc.

The rooms weren’t very clean, the public spaces such as the toilets were very dirty and far below what I would expect for a 5*. In addition to cleanliness, the main issue we had was the food. I made staff aware that I am a coeliac (gluten free) and there was very little available with poor labelling. My friend and I had a pretty limited diet as a result of the food available.

It’s so beautiful. The staff are so welcoming and amiable. Good music and vibes at the pool and the beach bars.

There was no A/C in the main dining room. So everyone ate outside - thank god it was nice out. But it was so hot inside. Also there were long lines for the food when we were there - highly understaffed. We had ants in our room.

Nice view

No way is this hotel 5 star. We left five days early as it was so poor. Not clean at all. First room had hard scum in the bath and everything dirty. Even the hotel agreed this was not acceptable. Tables in dining areas not wiped down. Food stains on tables at breakfast from night before. Hot food was cold, even if you were first to it. Stray cats walking across buffet and eating food. VIP sun loungers had cigarette ends all over them first thing in the morning. Some helpful staff but a lot of staff not so.

Beautiful location

Rooms not very clean and very little English spoken. Food catered for Turkish and queues for BBQ were 30 minutes at times.

I don't advice anybody ti go there

Need too many improvements

Ants all over the room-an army of ants appeared on table top. Cleanliness very very poor. Very old fixtures. Safe box too small. No seating in one of the rooms. TV tooooo small. Not enough English channels or international news channels etc etc I can keep writing
